They got annoyed by my 2 kids meal, burger, and an order of 15 hotdog nuggets. I dont post bad reviews, I dont want to, but the... guy on frier, and the lady who cooked the burger... Yea. She shakes her head when she sees the order, the other dude proceededto yell the order when I was standing infront of him. He took my receipt and shoved it in the bag. He then just walked to theback. Took me 20 minutes to get a chili dog, burger and fries, then they gave me the wrong food and it took me 10 more minutes to... straighten it out. The employees are playing around instead of working. The fries were soggy straight from the fryer. Should've gone to Wendy's Read more
Absolutely not worth the cost. $31 for 2 hot dogs, fries and a soda! The worst hot dogs ever and soggy undercooked fries. Never... again! Read more
The BEST Nathan?s around!!! I live in Jackson and have 2 Nathan?s locations closer to me (Aldrich Rd - AWFUL customer service &... quality, and then the Outlets - Great customer service but decent quality), and I choose to drive nearly 25 minutes, park at thefood court entrance, walk into the mall and up an escalator JUST to come to this Nathan?s. Crispy chicken sandwich is alwayshot, fresh, and packed with toppings. Customer service is always on-point and order is never wrong. Worst service and food in this food court. I place my order with one person. She told me 6 minutes. Came back to the counter and... found a full soda. I asked a second person if it was mine. She said, ?I don?t know what you ordered.? 2 minutes later she calledout my number. I took the food and said to her, ?I just asked you if this was mine!? She said, ?I didn?t know what you ordered.Ate 1 piece of fish which was rubber and probably old. Fries were definitely reheated. I realized also that I didn?t get my hushpuppies. I asked the 2 of them and the one who ?didn?t know? what I ordered said she put them on my platter, which was a blatantlie. Folks, stay clear of this one. I was so irritated with you guys. Called n called about 15x! No answer. Ordered from doordash. Keeping in my quarantined spot,... and u didnt give me half my order!!! Great hot dogs and wonderful fries. Service leaves much to be desired. I've had some pleasant interactions with the staff (one... wonderful woman was kind enough to cut extra onions for me when they had thrown out the lot for the night and was very sweet)but for the most part they've been unsociable and apathetic at best. The one blonde manager who works there is incredibly rude,took a terrible attitude and rolled her eyes at me while I was trying to place my order. I understand it's the holidays, whichis a stressful time for anyone in customer service, but that kind of unprompted disrespect is just not called for. Read more
We ate Auther Treacher's, very tasteful for fast food fishery. Took a while to get our food.
