With the name 'Panini Grill', you think of a smaller place that focuses just on panini sandwiches, at very cheap prices. The... name also invokes a place that you can just drop in and eat at whenever. However, Panini Grill in Freehold is a little morethan that. It is very nice inside and the prices are decent, all things considered. The Panini they make are huge -- almost thesize of your face. The food is of good quality. They are also excellent with refilling your drink if it gets low. You may beunder the impression You can go in here and get a meal whenever. I thought so when getting food with a friend. I was also toldthey do not generally need reservations. I don't know if this was due to the timing of coming here, right after New Years or not-- but this place was packed at the same. Every table was reserved and I had to wait a little bit for a table. I was conflictedbetween getting the Lobster and Macaroni and Cheese Panini or the Flank Steak Panini. I went with the flank steak. I was alittle disappointed with the peppers, and there was quite a bit of liquids that caused the panini to eventually get soggy andfall apart. I don't know if it was the result of the place being packed, but the music was crazy loud in here as well, which isannoying when you have certain health struggles. I gave 4 stars because there should be improvements here and there. I'll haveto go back on another day and try a few different items to gauge the quality of the food. Cool place overall. Read more
The Panini Grill is absolutely fantastic.???? We just had our holiday party there last night to celebrate our agents and vendors... with our family and friends and we couldn't be happier that we chose this location for our work event. The restaurant wasbeautifully decorated for the holidays, it felt like we were in a winter wonderland. It was the perfect venue for a holidayparty. The atmosphere was inviting, cozy and warm. The food was absolutely delicious and there were so many options to choosefrom. We added on the champange wall, gelato bar and centerpieces at each table and they were great additions to our event. Theowner, Rosario, was EXTREMELY accommodating, present, personable and went above and beyond for us to make sure the event was asuccess! The staff was also super helpful and friendly. I just had my bridal shower hosted at Panini Grill in Freehold, New Jersey. Everything was perfect. Rosario and the Panini Grill... staff went above and beyond to make sure we were all taken care of at all times. The food was amazing, the customer service wasperfect and the decor done by Rosario was absolutely beautiful and breath taking as always ! I could have not picked a Betterplace. This was our first time here after hearing many recommendations. We were not disappointed!! From the festive decor and beautiful... lighting to the delicious food and amazing service, we will definitely be back. Our server was Nicollette… she was delightfuland friendly and most importantly, she had everything perfectly timed so that we had a nice pace between courses. She never madeus feel rushed and was comfortably attentive. The “scary” charcuterie board was one of several Halloween themed specials andwas a very nice touch. I could not have picked a better place for my daughter’s sweet sixteen party. Everything from the food, to atmosphere and... staff was incredible!!
