The employees need to be trained better. For the first time visiting this location I left very angry. First of all the two... cashiers were in the corner talking and laughing, ignoring the line of customers. Normally at other coffee shops the employee isready to take the next customer as soon as they walk in. I was waiting on a fairly long line for atleast 5 minutes, when acustomer who had just walked in cut the line and went right to the front. The two cashiers were still talking in the corneruntil they finally noticed there was a line for ordering items. I can't blame the cashiers for the rude customer cutting theline, but they should have been more aware and called the next customer over. Read more
Vicki. Cory and Alexa are the best Starbucks emoyees my spouse and I have met in Freehold NJ. They work so hard under pressure... with lots of people in store and never get frazzled. Ordered a caramel machiato which was good except for that I choked on a coffee bean that was in my drink. I almost died.
I cannot have enough amazing things to say about the incredible staff at this particular Starbucks. I go there at least 2-3... times a week to get my wife and myself coffee and as a newer starbucks person it can be overwhelming with all the options and somany people and the fear of getting her order wrong lol.. they have been nothing short of incredible, patient, personable, andan absolute pleasure to deal with. The fact that the orders are always correct and taste great is awesome on its own, but as acustomer service supervisor when I see outstanding customer service I feel it?s my duty to share with people since most of thetimes it?s negative reviews or complaints. They are fast and no matter who I have dealt with have been treated with the upmostrespect. As insane as it sounds I actually look forward to my early morning trips there lol.. please be nice to them and theywill help you with whatever you need and the drinks are always done right and fast even for such a busy location.. thank you PSthat glass bowl is a tip jar even though apparently they aren?t allowed to say it.. some of you should definitely try to use itlol with the 90 customizations you have in your drink lol Read more
My favorite Starbucks location. The staff always lovely, and they always make my drinks perfectly. I order through the mobile... app, and sometimes I know that can get a bit messed up, but they always manage to make my order perfectly every time. If thereever was an issue, they were always so quick to fix it and apologize with no attitudes or issues. I will be back, as I orderbasically every day and they always manage to have my order ready by the time I get there for me! Love this Starbucks! Read more
