This location is always so busy, but the staff is super nice and friendly and my order has always been right here!
We went on Black Friday and the mall was packed. The drinks were good. The only problem we had was no one could here the name of... each order. The Barista's just need to speak up louder when it's so busy there. Read more
i would rate this 0 if i could. it took an hour for my drink to arrive and it literally was just a strawberry lemonade. also the... drink had a hand sanitizer taste. there was 3 workers and none of them had gloves or a mask. Read more
Poor mobile experience. They forgot the espresso shots in my caramel macchiato! Took ages to get us 2 cake pops as well which... should have been the simplest part of the order. Very disappointed. Read more
Clean Starbucks that is attached to a Barnes and Noble. Please note, this is not a B&N Starbucks, it's merely attached to it... with a doorway so your B&N membership doesn't apply here. Friendly staff, quick service and reliable wifi. Read more
The order taker got my order wrong. HOWEVER the blond boy making and handing out drinks was apologetic and fixed my order right... away. This made me vow to never go to another Starbucks but this one(wont catch me lacking). I later saw this boy while he wason his brake and he asked about my drink. I told him it was fine.
