It has been a very long time since I've eaten at the Cheesecake Factory, this time we had out of town guests who requested it... specifically so we came for lunch. How lucky a decision that was. The restaurant wasn't too busy, but buzzing for a Mondayafternoon. We were seated at a clean table and received promptly by perhaps the most professional individual I've met this year.EJ was friendly, highly polished and professional and proactively anticipated our every need. The food was great but EJ and hisincredibly level of customer service made the experience remarkable. He was so good that everyone at the table actually mademention of just how great he is. Whether it is training or EJ, it made our experience wonderful. I've actually taken a pictureof how he presented the dessert menu after our meal. Every menu turned to the proper page, presented perfectly. As for thefood, everything came out quickly and prepared to order. The filet mignon was ordered as medium rare and it was perfectlycooked. I walked in and was Greeted with wonderful friendly attitudes, was offered a seating right away.My server/ Conner was quick to... greet and acknowledge, along with Cara. Didn't ha e a problem with me only want a juice and seltzer. Working together as a teamI received wonderful service. My entree was so good I forgot to take a pictures, But the meat was cooked to perfection ,themacoroni and cheese was creamy and the spinach fresh with light seasoning. The portions are spot on . We had a really nice meal Friday night. Our server was excellent. He doted on us but did not. Smother. He made sure to put in... our meal separately from her appetizers that we would have some opportunity to eat the appetizer first before all of our foodcame out. Overall, it was a nice experience. Nice place! The avocado egg rolls were awesome, never had anything like that before. All the food tasted great and the portions... were great for the prices. The service was top notch. Every additional request we made, they got to us in less than a minute.Also, it?s a nice area outside for sitting especially during a summer day. Read more
It?s Cheesecake Factory and it never disappoints. We went straight to main course and order the bacon cheeseburger, fettuccini... Alfredo and kid?s spaghetti meatballs. Everything tasted real good. To top it off, I have to end the meal with a cheesecake andhad a strawberry cheesecake. A great experience and daughter had fun for her post gymnastics competition celebration. The restaurant seems clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly but might need some training. Our appetizer was fried, the... cold inside. My burger came and it seemed cooked correctly but was also cold, even the cheese was not melted. They tried severaltimes to get me a plain iced tea and I ended up with some weird raspberry or passion fruit! They seemed short handed althoughthere were 4 staff in the corner talking the whole time while our waitress was doing what seemed like every job in the place. Weare disappointed that most of the staff are not wearing masks but tried to make the best of it. We will be looking for anothereatery next time around. Read more
Went for my sister-in-law's birthday, this was my first time dinning in (as I have only in the past just gotten cheesecake,... which is delicious). The three of us had a lovely time, we took advantage of the outside dining area. Food was very deliciousand very fresh. Can't wait to go again! Read more
The Cheesecake Factory restaurant, It?s really good one established with it?s performance even with any mistakes they recovered... quickly, like what happened with my friend when we gathered together for dinner the chicken plate came super hard we tried totaste it but it was really tough, we had requested from the waiter she quickly asked her manager to change, they didrabidly.
