Place is big and clean. Staff was super friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Food was super tasty. This is second time I come... here and it was a great experience. First time I had the T Burger, which was one of the best burgers I had in a while. Secondtime I had the Cherry Coke BBQ ribs that fell off the bone. Definitely my new to go spot. Can't wait to come on Disco Dancenight that they do every third Saturday of the month. Also if your taking stars away because of the credit card fee or a fewprices went up, get with the times people. Everything is more expensive now and the fee you pretty much pay at every restaurantyou go to. Don't take it out on the business for what the politicians you voted for, or decided not to vote for and just gave upyour vote to the majority, are doing. Enjoy your meal. Read more
Tonight was the first time I?ve been to Tommy?s. I?ve heard nothing but great reviews from people. As crowded as it looked from... the parking lot, we found a spot right away and we sat down with no wait on a Saturday night!! The place was filled but it wasspacious and the music was playing (good music too) it was loud but not too loud that you had to shout lol The waitress was soaccommodating! She always kept an eye out and checked in on us. The food came out quickly and was delicious!! I loved all thevariety on the menu! There is something for everyone, and it?s all good! The best to describe it is a higher class Applebee's. Food is OK, at best, but the atmosphere and service are modern and... comfortable. If you expect to have a conversation, don't. The decibel level is through the roof, which is probably by design tomove you along. Read more
The service is what gave this place four stars. We ordered a variety of things from the menu. The cheese curds were good but I... was not a fan of the sauce. The server recommended that I try the garlic flat bread. It would?ve been great except that it wassuper salty. She removed it from the check and I ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup. The grilled cheese was greasy and anaverage grilled cheese. The tomato soup was excellent. In fact I got some to go home. I ordered coffee and a red velvet browniefor dessert. The coffee was super strong yet fresh. The brownie was burnt and dried out?it was inedible. Again, the server hadto remove it from the check. I had some of my husbands ice cream sandwiches which were excellent. Bottom line?the food was hitor miss. The server was very good and the atmosphere of the restaurant was good. Good food. Irritating nickel and dime checkout process. Their new terrible business practice: All credit card charges now incur... a additional 2.95% transaction fee (but not if you pay cash). Raise prices, don?t alienate your customers (or flip it and offera discount for cash to avoid the negative psychological connotation of an addl fee). An additional fee for convenience looks badand leaves a sour taste in customers mouths - one they?ll remember if and when they decide to come back. Read more

Being a European in the USA, I really miss places that have cozy modern space. This place is pretty, I liked it. We went at... about 2pm and it was quite full but we were still given a table, no waiting. It is quite big inside. Food was great. We orderedtwo types of ribs (Asian and BBQ) and both were delicious. The Buffalo Chicken salad I had was the best I?ve tried since in USA.I finally tried fried pickles, and liked them too. The waiters were super fast, polite and very sweet. Read more
$16.00 for a grilled cheese and tomato soup. The soup was probably about 8-10 ounces. They did not fill the cup. I know they... have to leave a little room at the top, but this is downright cheap. Also, I ordered the $12.00 apple cobbler and they did notinclude the ice cream. It?s one thing to charge these outrageous prices when customers are there for the atmosphere, but thiswas a delivery and definitely not worth the $36.25 I paid including a tip for the dasher.
