My wife and I along with another couple always go out for dinner to different places but this time this place was the worst.... First off $15 for soup is ridiculous and then to follow that we were charged $25 for soda because we had 3 refills so for 5sodas for 2 people you charge us $25. We don?t mind ever paying for food our bill $290 for 4 people without liquor and to methat is pretty high for 4 people but just the $25 for the soda is absolutely ridiculous. And when I asked to speak to the ownermy waitress told us he was in the kitchen then a manager comes over a lady and asks us what the problem is and then tells us theowner is not there after we were lied to. And the food was not worth the money they are charging along with the waitressdisappearing for 30 mins at a time the service was horrible and the attitude was worse. Food was good...not.great, somewhat on the expensive side. But, charging for every glass of soda...6 sodas for almost $20 and... half is ice is pure robbery. When you are spending $75 per head...soda refills should be included. Waitress half the time wasinside...had to ask the bus boy for items...first time there...and will be the last time we will go. As there service and sodacharge certainly left a bad taste. When asked to speak with owner...was informed that he was in the kitchen...manager came outinstead...after speaking with her..found out owner was not even there....so waitress never did speak to him about our concerns. So thankful I found this place! Vincent is a lifesaver. Four days before our children's first communion, I had to relocate the... reception due to some unexpected circumstances. Vincent was able to accommodate our party with no issues! What an amazing placewith attentive service. The food was delicious and the outside area worked out perfectly for our party of 40. The food was simply outstanding, all of it. From the soups to the appetizers to the main courses to the desserts. All of it was... outstanding. The experience af Vincent's was very nice. The food was very tasty and the atmosphere was so nicely decorated for Christmas.... They went above and beyond with decor. The best thing about the meal was the service. Vinny and Zach did a fantastic job atgiving service with a smile. Vinny really made our experience memorable. This is a average Italian restaurant which is defiantly overpriced for the quality of food or service they give. We ordered... calamari as starters and the dish was chewy with lattice on base which was not fresh, their Marinara however taste homemade andgood. I ordered seafood pasta which was fairly made the star of my dish was the Halibut, shrimp and lobster were not welldone. My wife ordered flounder which was just OK , the broccoli rabe on side was undercooked felt as if it was left raw. Theirwebsite says they are a family owned and chef run.. did not get that feeling at all felt more like a Franchise run place withmediocre quality food and to top it up, their staff is all over the place .. for the type of money we paid for this mediocredinner .
