First time here, didn't really know what they had or how they worked. Employee was super helpful explaining the difference... flavors, heat levels, and options to us. We got a family pack with fries and veggie sticks. The French fries are the best!!Super flavorful, lots of seasoning. We got the mild (basic Buffalo), Hawaiian, and garlic parmesan. All boneless. Terrible experience. My chicken was made and finished 10 minutes before my corn was even made, so of course it was cold. Way... too much sauce also, look how disgusting that looks! Avoid at all costs. Garbage food and service. Read more
When I first had wingstop it was at a different location and was really that good, with that being said this location just... opened up way closer to home and it's FANTASTIC! The staff is friendly,polite, and awesome! The dining room is clean and cozy.The food always comes out fresh and flavorful, from the fries to the wings it's just all around a great experience! The cashier had 0 customer service skills (large guy with flat affect). The cooks gave me all drumsticks. I hate drumsticks! Do... a better job at mixing them up. Read more
Update:10/25/22 For the 3rd time in a row over the past several months the service has been atrocious. Very, very slow which may... be due to a lack of employees. The workers seem exhausted and or unwilling to put forth more effort. The dine in order took 35minutes despite there being very light traffic into the store which includes web orders. The food came out warm, not even hot.This is very disappointing thing and I hope they are able to overcome their issues but we will not be back until we hear ofimprovements. Original: The have some of the best wings around town! The restaurant is a spot that is not easy to get in andout of from a driving perspective. It was clean and neat with an industrial feel. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Thefood was prepared correctly and delicious. We will likely order online and take it home in the future as we have done both andthe take out option was better for us. Read more
