We came for a hot and ready with crazy bread. Got inside and there were two employees up front, neither greeted us and had us... stand there awkwardly. The front workers didn't call for anyone to help us or mention that they weren't either. Finally hadsomeone ring us up from the back. Got the pizza home and everything is cold and old so not really worth the increase in pricesand decrease in service. Read more
Ordered 2 hot and ready pizzas. Had to wait close to 25 minutes and then had to tell the counter guy that the pizza he was... giving me wasn't what I ordered. He said " Seriously? You're not Ian?" I had to tell him 3 times I wasn't Ian. Read more
Called 3 times around 6:30pm, ring-no-answer... drove over to plaza, open sign on. Called from the parking lot (finally... answered) order 1 supreme, 1 pepperoni & 2 bread, was told it would 30-35 min... cancelled, went down the street. Read more
Get there at 8:30 and the employee taps his watch at me... like I can?t tell time? Your website says you close at 9pm.... Apparently you need better training or better employees in general. What a joke. Read more
Never had hot & ready's ready! Either have to wait or they aren't even offering the hot & ready deal they have advertised in the... window (assuming it's shown to satisfy the parent company). Have walked out many times because nothing is made, I'm done tryingto keep it local, I'll pick pizza up in Midland or Saginaw from now on (or Eudicis). Read more
They never have many hot and ready READY to go. Workers hide in the back and gossip and the only way to get their attention is... to yell to them in the back. Never have enough case ar dips. Pops are poorly stocked. Not to mention one of the cookers didn'twash his hands before making the previous customer's food.. Hungry Howies is 2 parking lots away and are always ready to go sodon't waste your time here. Read more
Really not bad for the price. Probably better than any other pizza in Freeland.
