I have lived in Freeport for 20yrs always ordered pizza here cause they deliver. On 9/30 I called to place an order for... delivery I had to repeat my address 3 times and then the person on the phone tells me they don't deliver to my address which isbull cause they always delivered to my house. Guess what guys I will call 850 Pizza they deliver and the driver will get thebig fat tip I usually give to the Hungry Howie delivery person. I will never call or order pizza from this place again. It's850 pizza or LC's from now on. Read more

My only thing besides loving hungry Howie?s pizza is the fact they just can?t get it right. I?ve ordered from here SEVERAL... times. When it?s that only real delivery place around you at LEAST expect them to get it right ive order 3 cheeses bread 4 timesand 1 out of 4 has been correct. I?m paying for extra cheese and bacon, only thing I got was a lot of bacon and some Parmesancheese on top. This time I figured I?d give them another shot ( 5th times a charm, my car is broken down and this is literallyit besides the DG) so I ordered a sub a salad three cheeser bread with extra cheese and bacon and none of that came outcorrectly. Again if you are the only place that delivers around town at least get it right? Read more

Used to eat here regularly until they quit delivering to my house. (Outside delivery zone). When you call to place an order now... you don?t even get the store, you get a call center somewhere else that constantly screws everything up. My most recent ?try? toorder from them was turned over to a door dash driver and it took 2 hours to receive cold food. Keep up the good work???????? Read more

Very regular customer. Started making use a card for orders over $100 a week ago. So made sure ander $100 and this time claimed... for over $50. Don't like giving out our card number. Food is not as good as it used to be. Place is turning into garbage.... Read more

This place is a DISGRACE. I'll be complaining to corporate because they don't know what the heck they're doing, nor do they know... how to treat people. First off, they have a terrible selection... half the menu items aren't available. We had to repeat thedelivery address, and this is no exaggeration, about 20 times. Also repeated the order about 5 times. Then AFTER they took theorder, they say... A. they don't deliver to my address, which is false, because they most certainly do. and B. that they are nolonger taking delivery orders. So why did you make us repeat our address 20 times then???? Ordered a small buffalo chicken pizza that comes with chicken grilled chicken strip but I assume they ran out of chicken strips... and used their boneless hot wings cut up i also asked for regular butter crust I got thin crust no flavor I also picked it upfrom the store and the kid running the register asked for a tip very disappointed Read more
