Great place for sandwiches quick and good food. And my granddaughter loves to ring the bell.
I have to say probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced had to pull forward then wait till 15min before going... in they said didn't see me out there but notice the worker was just wearing house sandals with socks order was not correct gotcrinkle fries not the curly fries had to go back in got attitude from worker then called the manager she said and quote "on god"then hung up on me so rude and very disrespectful workers there never will go back again. We ordered something simple...2 number 1's. Sandwiches so cold. My sandwich was placed on the wrapper which was wrapped inside... out. It was so smashed it looked like someone put there fist into it. Disappointed. Never going back. Read more

The lady that works most mornings here is phenomenal, idk why she hasn?t found a better job. Super nice, accurate information... and the food that?s delivered is tasty and edible. I refuse to eat here in the evenings, such a difference night/day it?sunreal. Most of what I?ve ordered in the evenings aren?t even edible, like it?s been sitting in a window for hours and thecondiments are always a mess in the evenings. We visited this Freeport location today. The food was fine as it is at any Arby's, but I wanted to draw attention to a... particular employee who was rudely outted by her supervisor. We were taking a very long time to decide what to order, in anotherwise relatively empty restaurant, (we don't frequently eat at fast food restaurants and needed extra time to review themenu). The team member who was at the counter (I later learned her name was Chaka) had turned her back to us momentarily. Hersupervisor noticed us walking up to the counter and asked us, "Are you ready to order?" I replied, "Yes." The supervisor thensaid to Chaka, "You need to pay attention!" I turned to Chaka and said, "In your defense, we were taking a very long time toorder." Chakra thanked me for my kind words. I personally felt the supervisor's unnecessary comment, in front of customers, wasfar more rude than Chaka not noticing the very second we decided we were ready to order. Customer service and professionalism gofurther than the front counter cashier. To Chaka, you're doing a good job, and I hope negative comments- like the one from yoursupervisor today- are a rare occurrence! Read more
