Good food, Kim is amazing waitress. Could explain all the dishes in detail, gave us great service without interrupting, whisked... stuff into table and cleared as needed without even being noticable. Don't know how she does it. Drinks were never left empty.She gave some attention to little girl with us when she was getting bored and was a totally enjoyable meal thanks to her!Brought us carry out containers without being asked, at exactly the right time. And asked if we wanted any more. Great customerservice ????. The restaurant decor is interesting and placemats fun to read. Read more
WE have always loved this restaurant, The couple that own it are really nice and it's always a pleasure to visit with them when... we're there. The food is outstanding. Our favorites are Kung Pao Four Delights and Moo Shu Pork. We are always pleased withour order. Read more
Great Service from our waitress when my family came to eat at Imperial palace Freeport. Our waitress was very attentive and... super friendly, she made our experience the best experience I’ve had in the Freeport area in a long time!! Our waitress cameand introduced herself as Crystal, she came and asked what she could start us off with and provided a list of beverages tochoose from which was super helpful as we had our son with who is very picky and she was super helpful, I am leaving a reviewjust for her as she deserves a raise for the service and friendliness and just all around attentiveness she had! A very rude waitress, we never got to order any drinks, there were 2 rice orders missing, we had to help ourselves to the to-go... boxes because she never checked on us once, I complained when I paid to the cashier, I got ignored. I expected to have a betterservice since we consumed about $150 worth. Read more
This restaurant was filled with inviting staff which was very nice to start our visit with. They’re egg drop soup and crab... Rangoons were hands down, the best I’ve ever had. My sons can’t stop talking about how delicious their food is. Read more
Hello Beautiful People, I had a taste for Chinese. So of course I snooped around on Google to see what Freeport has for Chinese... cuisine ???? Not many choices...so I took a chance on Imperial Palace. My choice was take out; but they are open for Dinning in.I ordered for 2 and got the Combination Fried Rice, Combination Low Mein, and the Kung Poa Chicken to go. The wait was only 10minutes ( not bad ), $37 and some change. While waiting peaked at the dinning area and they offer dim lighting with a quietatmosphere, so it made me think of date night , maybe? But it wasn't busy at all, seems like they do better in take out. When Igot home I was hoping for good? What I will say is I'm spoiled by China Town in Chi Town...???? The food seemed under flavoredthe rice in my opinion was sticky and over cooked so it was all balled up and didn't want to break up.???? I would say for whatI got it's overpriced and didn't leave me with wanting to go back...hmm So I'm going to try another city and hopefully I cancure my Chinese food craving...????. Our server was awesome to start off we were ask right away what we wanted to drink and then she was quick with our order of... drumsticks with the delicious palace sauce. Our food was hot but not much of it . Our server also brought us extra rice withoutcharging. Overall this was good food at an ok price. Read more
