Pizza quality can greatly vary, but with Maria's shut down, this is the best pizza deal in town besides Joe's. Cannot beat the... ease of ordering online/the app and picking up in the pizza portal. Ordering in person may be a bit slower as I typically seepeople sitting inside waiting when I go get my pizza. I will say the deep dish does not always have the burnt cheese edges, butlike I said, this is still a better Little Ceasars. Read more
I used to love their pizza but it is just going downhill. The ingredients are getting cheaper and they are more sloppy at... putting it together. The last few times the pizza hasn?t been cooked long enough either. Read more
The owner of this establishment ate my grandma and then threw Doritos at my 2 year old son. The cashier stole my phone and... shoved it into the sauce bucket they keep in the back. He then proceeded to serve my phone back to me, but baked into mypepperoni pizza. Absolutely horrible. Read more
My order was incorrect. My cheesy crazy bread came burnt and I never got my regular crazy bread either.
Waited an hour and 45 minutes for a single pizza and bread sticks before asking for a refund. They couldn't even give me a rough... idea of how much longer it would be, and acted like I was unreasonable for asking after an hour and a half. Didn't get any kindof explanation or even a 'sorry for the wait.' I understand being short staffed, but there is no excuse for the completedisregard for the customer. Service has been steadily going downhill, and it's about rock bottom now. Tried contactingcorporate, never got an answer back. Go anywhere else in Freeport for pizza, you'll get better service. One of the worst experiences I had going to Little Cesar's. Online order given about 45 minutes time before pick up. The order... was simple, two pepperoni pizzas and crazy bread. I waited in the store an additional 15 minutes after the 45 minutes I gavethem to get the order done. The reason you put an order in online is so you don't have to wait around in the store as they areliterally making the food in front of you. That's a minor gripe I realize. What made the experience terrible was the lady atthe register at that time, no nametag so I couldn't say the name but she had basically half blonde hair and half roots of darkhair, she had the look of I hate my job and I hate every customer that walks in on her face. Shot dirty looks at me and I neversaid a word, never asked about my order or anything. After finally a total of an hour start to finish my order was complete(absolutely abysmal service time for LC.) I remembered that on my way in I saw a hand written sign on the door that said cashonly. The Issue I have with that is I clearly saw people using their card while I was waiting for my food. I figured it might beinteresting to the owner that what I assume would be half his business is being shunned away before they enter the door and thehalf that do go through are getting terrible service even though I see four people working. Edit 6/20/21: we spoke with the store manager because our refund was never processed and he apologized for what happened on this... day. They were able to remake our order and the food was great today . I give this place 4 stars as sometimes their crazy breadcan be hit or miss ????. 6/13/21: Ordered pizza today at 11:00a on the app for pickup between 11:30a-11:40a the current time is12:06p and there is no one here at all. I can?t even contact corporate to get a refund for my order. Would have been nice ifthe app would have not allowed anyone to order food if the store was not being ran by any employees today. That is why thislocation is getting a 1 star today. Other days we didn?t have issues but today is something else ???? Read more
Food is cheap .Freeport Store felt alittle dirty. Food taste as expected.
