Breakfast was good and served decently quickly for being short staffed. Dining area could have been a little cleaner. Not... terrible, but a few tables needed to have a once over. Bathrooms were being cleaned so that was good. Read more
forgot to add my Mac sauce I go in there and tell them instead of remaking the burger that I already bit in to they add the... sauce drowning the burger and look like someone done took a extra bite. Really messed up Read more
I mean, honestly? Considering that they aren't even having to worry about dine in patrons or the playland, the preparation of... their food is substandard. They need to get it together. The managers here are very nice, especially Marilyn but it means nothing if your employees are failing the business.This used to... be the better McDonald's in Freeport but after 2020 most of their good employees have left. In the past 8 times ordering herethey have gotten my order wrong every single time.The person who takes the order puts it in correctly but the people who aremaking it don't seem to pay attention or simply can't read. I am about tired of wasting time going back in to fix things. Pleasetrain your employees more or watch to see if they are doing things right.
