On 10/4/2022, we ordered and paid through the app which was pretty easy. We drove up the pickup window around 7:45p where three... employees saw us. While waiting for someone to come to the window, we saw a colored young man grab the rear end of a whiteyoung woman. Totally unprofessional to be playing grab @ss at work, let alone in the cashier area. Waited at least five minutesbefore someone else walked to the window from the dining area to hand us our food. We ate inside the other night. Wait staff was very nice. We enjoyed the food, but felt the dining area should just be closed and... they should make it a take out only. It just felt grimy, and dingy. We'll get our food to go next time. Read more
Been ordering from Pizza Hut for a very long time. Spoke to a manager today about my order. Spent $70 on two pizzas, and... dessert. She tells me their pizza is cooked fresh. This definitely look very old. All the pizza was old. They also have a verynasty attitude. I simply asked her to make the pizza fresh from now on and she said it was fresh. Smh. Fast food workers thatdon?t care about their job will make an organization like Pizza Hut lose good customers. My kids love pizza. I need to find anew pizza place for them to eat from. Manager name was Bre. I think she was lying about her name. She was very rude,disinterested in what I had to say. We will not be ordering from them again. If we do order, and the pizza is old. 6/2019 Their Bone-In Wings have become the best in town! The mild buffalo is perfect buffalo flavor without being hot. AND...for... 'to go' orders, the Wings Street "Dome", we'll call it, is Ingenious!! The Perfect container for wings! You can shake it up toredistribute the sauce! Would like it if they'd take the time to cut the Chocolate Chip Cookie evenly. . Went in for dinner, had 2 Med Pizza special and special price for a family of sticks that night.... so def a good deal! Tasted amazing! Havent beenhere in awhile and so glad we came back again. I just wish the employees cared more about making sure the pizzas are made correct and as ordered. There is no need to report it... cause it's 99.2 percent of the time wrong if ur paying or get it free. These young people really don't care if it's right orwrong Read more
