I love Starbucks but unfortunately this one doesn't really make the beautiful coffee like other locations. The appearance and... actually the way they make it does affect the taste. Drizzling the Carmel around the cup adding whipped cream and adding moreDrizzling to that give it more flavor. Not sure if they are trained the same or just don't want to do it. Always great customer service at this Starbucks. I'd give them a 5star rating if they'd start filling the drinks full.. most of... the time it half or 3/4 full. I've emailed them with no response back.. the price they charge..it should be FULL drinks. Read more
Having only Starbucks as an option, due to hours of operation, I am grateful for the FANTASTIC service and delicious... coffee. I'd rather be at higher grounds!! Great service at Starbus, but I prefer the food, atmosphere and also shoppinglocal/shopping small business is best!! Still can't get to Higher Grounds. I'm not sure if they're back on track since the newowners, but the hours still preclude my patronage. Our local Starbucks has some FANTASTIC associates!! They have a goodselection of products. I'm grateful to have found some delicious options there. Read more
