I am a big fan of Wendy's breakfast, but today was very disappointing. I wanted to try the new French toast sticks, so I ordered... the 6 piece combo with large seasoned potatoes (love them!) & a large vanilla frostychino. I also ordered a sausage biscuit withgravy, but they were out of gravy ????. (Kinda my fault for going just before 10:30, so I can live with that). My problem wasthat the guy handing out the food had no clue what he was doing! #1 he did not know how to make a frostychino, it was prettymuch all coffee with a shot of frosty mix. #2 my 6 piece French toast sticks was only a 5 piece. And finally #3 while the Frenchtoast sticks were good, they were a little greasy and I didn't get a napkin! Read more
Came here yesterday, they messed up my order. Said theyd replace it today. They still didnt get it right the 2nd time. The... manager was very snappy with me and Refused to fix it. This place really has gone down hill recently. Id rather drive toRockford than to go through the chaos here. Read more
Went thru the drive thru and they handed me a small drink and when I said its suppose to be a large the guy at the window (the... manager) said it says small and shuts the window on me. Worst customer service every. He shouldn't be working in a place thatdeals with customers. He definitely shouldn't be a manager anywhere he works. Read more
If I could give this store negative stars, I would. Found a hair in my husband's bacon double stack, went to the counter to... speak to a manager. She was literally the worst manager I've ever came across. Her words when i brought the hair to herattention, she said " um what am i suppose to be looking at, i pointed to the NOTICEABLE hair she proceeded to say.."I'm sorrywhat do expect me to do" worst customer service I've ever had. One thing for sure that I love about this Wendy's, other then their frosty's. They give back to the community. It's not by... giving money or free food. I just love it when they have their mini car shows on some or every other Wednesdays. With music,free give aways and drawings. Yea, it may not be much, but I truly enjoy every minute of it. Read more
My husband and I were excited to try the sandwiches in the pictures. We were motivated from watching ?YummyBitestv? on YouTube.... Her and her man tried the brown sugar bacon turkey club which looked absolutely amazing. I wasn?t disappointed with my firstbite. My husband sandwich was good but they didn?t put as much brown sugar bacon in his sandwich as they did mine and believe methere?s a HUGE difference. As far as customer service, it seem to always be a problem with the workers and they?re attitude. Mylemonade was horrible! Although, the lady replaced it with a Sprite (Because my husband asked) she did it with a slight attitudewhile saying, it?s ?lite? so uh yeah? ???? Read more
Their New Southwest Avocado Chicken Salad tastes really good. But.... Compare their photo of the salad to the photo of the salad... I purchased. Hmmm BIG diff in the amt of Avocado! My avocado was smaller than a melon ball size!!! For $7.31, not worth it ifI'm not getting what I'm supposed to be paying for. See addnl photo with bigger scoop of avocado, def problems with consistency.Frustrating, if I'm willing to pay the high cost for a salad, at least give me what I'm paying for! Update... Half salad muchbetter, correct portions, warm chicken not sitting on cheese melting it. So save couple $ since prob getting correct avocadoportions. Half seems the way to go!! Read more
The spicy chicken ???? sandwich was very good but the service was on the slow side. On the upside the staff was friendly.
