Best Dominoes. Hands down. NY style extra large with extra cheese is everything a pizza should be. It?s the closest thing to the... best pizza in the world that can not be had any longer?School Street Pub in freeport. Oddly enough it occupied the building nextdoor to the Dominoes I am reviewing. Does anyone else out there remember The School Street Pub pizza? THAT was Pizza!!! Anyway,I typically wouldn?t choose dominoes, but if I?ve got about every 4 week or so hanherin for a good cheesy pizza?I go to theseguys. The crew is great!!! I don't know what happened you guys used to be awesome. I understand staffing issues and what not. But I mean come on 2 hours... for a delivery the last 4 times I've ordered. Just stop offering delivery because you can't keep up with it. Then the deliverydriver got frazzled and your order fell off the roof??? But your forgot to call and tell me about it so I had to call 45minsafter already calling to ask where my order was, and you said it was going out the door now. Also stop predicting delivery testhat's a joke....18 to 28 minutes means 2 hours and 43 minutes. Don't bother asking for your money back either they just throwfree items at you. They are super kind here allowing humor and laughter as I pick up my order each time it's always been a good experience
It's standard D-noes. Great service. Great pizza. It's not wood fired or stone oven pizza, but it's still good. Excellent when... you just want a cheap quick pie. Love this location. Been here a few times, will be back again. Read more
Rating five stars because the service was great and the food was delicious. I do want to say that I don?t think it?s fair - or... safe - to have an employee run and close the store all by herself. I hope this is done differently in the future. Read more
I placed an order at 7:09. After an entire hour passed I checked the tracker, it was still in ?prep?. My husband called and the... kid said ?the driver will be back soon and we didn?t want to start the order without him being back?. We waited another hour andnothing. If you don?t have a driver or are having issues isn?t it your responsibility to call the customer? I have had multipleissues with this location and after this I?m never eating at domino?s again. I have given these guys plenty of chances over the past 2 years to not screw up my order every time. Forgetting dipping sauces... here and there wasn't a big deal, until it started happening every time I ordered. The kicker was when they failed to bring halfof my order and told me replacements would take 2 hours. I've given them more than a few chances to make things right,sometimes they would remove the extra charges for said dipping sauces or missing items, sometimes they wouldn't. But I've alwaystried to be very polite in my feedback. The problem is that the terrible service continued. At this point in time I'm done withsecond, third, fourth, fifth, chances.
