Apparently business cannot hire any responsible, hard working, or hygienic individuals. They are slow, forget to turn on the... menu sign in the store and for the drive thru, even though they have been open for 3 hours and let you sit there for minutes ata time waiting for service. You shouldn't have to say "Hello" six times at the drive thru to get someone to take your order. The trip inside the store to actually get someone to take our more than $20.00 breakfast order was even a worse experience thenthe drive thru. The employees look like they rolled out of bed, grabbed their dirty uniforms off the floor and ran to work. Would be nice to have employees take a little pride in themselves and the business they work for and represent. The otherfamily in the store eating would have appreciated their food be cooked properly. All being considered, the unapologetic,negative attitudes from the employees when asked why the menus were not turned on and the orders were not cooked properly sealedthe deal for the one star ratings. 9:00 am and lobby is not available for picking up orders. They expect everyone to go thru the drive through but many vehicles... will not fit. What are they thinking? Lost our business. Read more

Hands down the rudest employees at this location. The customer service is very poor. Hit or miss if the drive thru or inside... lobby is open. No one appears interested in working anymore and I honestly cannot tip the employees like I had. How hard is itto be kind when you are literally fullfilling 1 coffee order? I've given this location far too many chances and am willing todrive further for better service. Too bad. Read more

placed a very large order through the drive thru for a car full of people and the lady was very nice and patient with me every... step of the way. They got every piece right AND got it out to us quickly. I would give them 10 stars if I could one of the bestDunkin? experiences I?ve had. Read more

Consistency is key, and they missed the mark. Two of us ordered the same drink, just different sizes, yet ended up with entirely... different tasting drinks... and it was super strange that only one of the two got whipped cream? It was good enough to get uscaffeine while traveling, but didn't taste that great. Bummer. Read more

Decent store, nice staff but CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY. We?ve been shorted food (but charged) a bunch of times.

If I could give negative stars, I would. HANDS DOWN THE WORST RUN DD or COFFEE SHOP FOR THAT MATTER!!! The service, or lack... of, is laughable. The workers clearly have no desire to work. Run extremely poorly, horrible customer service, insanely slow. Too many options out there to choose from for coffee shop these days... give your business to someone who actually cares abouttheir customers and providing quality products and services. Read more

Surprisingly empty inside seems everyone just does drive through now a days. Top bad as it's clean and filled with lots of good... stuff to buy on the inside. Ordered my usual coffee with 1&1 and got it within 30 seconds of order. Read more
