Not feeling so good so I ordered chicken soup and of course the sweet potatoes it came fast and was delicious
Great place, staff is very kind. Food was warm and great for price.
Lets just say other locations have better chicken. They did not have items on the menu and did not let us know but tried to sell... us chicken instead when we arrived for pick up. I guess they don't use your phone number they ask for, The staff in Freeportsadly did not seem to know what to do when I asked for a refund, they were nice but hopefully they were new, i will try it againat lest the side dishes are good. I ordered a 3 pc dark on Uber eats, my food comes with 2 small pc of chicken. For 16 dollars it would've killed them to give me... the 3 PCs I paid for, smh. Read more
This place is decent. The prices definitely went up within the past few months, but the quality went down. Everything just... tasted like its been sitting. Didn't expect this from boston market. You charge me 10$ for a small piece of crispy chicken and two sides ? Is this a joke? The... food was cold like out from refrigerator, the least you can do is serve the food hot. Not sure if it was this particularlocation or the whole brand. Boston Market "special" prime rib. A nice treat for a mother's day lunch. We ordered medium rare. What we got was giant lumps of... fat and grizzle attached to burnt salty shoe leather. I can't even give this to my dogs. Disgusting. Read more
I called, they told me that they had something (chicken noodle soup) after being out of it last night. I get to the store and... the gentlemen looks puzzled when I mentioned I called and that they had told me they had it in stock. To me it was obvious henever checked and just said yes they had it. That is being dishonest to your customers. Read more
