This Ihop is ridiculous. First off, the girl that rung me up was useless. It was clear from her demeanor that she didn?t want to... be there. I noticed that she didn?t say hi to anyone who came in. Second, I ordered the Avocado Toast meal for $11.49. It sayson the menu (should have taken a picture of it) that you pay $2.49 for eggs or $1.99 for eggs and bacon. I got charged $15.97rather than $13.48. I asked the ?manager? why I was charged that amount? She couldn?t do anything about it so she called thereal manager on the phone who wasn?t there. Apparently, it was $4.48 for both eggs and bacon. I asked them (which I shouldn?thave had to) if I could get at least $2 back because the menu was misleading. This was the most painful meal I ever spent money on. The service was horrible, wiater took 20 mins after seated to come to the... table. Food took about 30 mins to come..She had a question about my order and sent another waiter to clarify the order.. shenever came back to my table until I ask the bus boy for my check. Then she came with the check 10 mine after. If I didn't haveintegrity or self respect I could have walked out without paying and no one would have noticed. Food was good but the service was sub par. Our waitress took our drink orders, appetizers & entree and took about 35-40 mins to... bring it out to us! We were parched and kept trying to get her attention. She seemed like she kept forgetting that we weresitting right there. She had the audacity to start eating food in the back in plain sight along with her co-worker. She didn?twash her hands and then handed us our appetizers along with our meal at the same time! Very unprofessional. I understand thatthese teenagers need employment and money however they need proper training in the restaurant industry. IHOPs customer serviceis terrible. Read more
Update This location heating does not work. Servers often seem distracted by cell phones. We ordered unlimited pancakes and... refillable drink but could never find our waiter so we only had one refill and one extra order of pancakes and left. Theutensils were disturbing, blemishes all over like they weren?t washed at all, looks like they just threw it in a bucket ofwater, pulled it out and served it. Read more
Always loved ihop. But service at this location was not great. We were on a road trip and and decided to eat there for one of... the days. We had a hotel booked 5 miles from this location. All pancakes dont taste the same at every IHOP but this one has the best tasting pancakes. Service is quick. Staff are great. I... frequent this restaurant 3x a month. Manager is wonderful, cleanup guy Damion is always polite and our server Mathew always getseverything in the 1st order so that I never have to remind him about anything I forgot. Read more
