Everything was fresh but I did not like the taste of the tuna. It might be the pepper or celery mixed in or that entirely too... much oil & vinegar were used. I was told the Jersey Shore sandwich was good but again way too much oil&vinegar. Read more
I didn't want to do this because the regional manager said he was going to take care of the situation but instead he insulted me... w his offer. I ordered about 80 bucks worth of sandwiches a few months ago for a child's party. To our surprise the giantitialian we ordered had a spicy surprise the gloves from the person who made the sandwich. A sandwich that was supposed to befor children was left with workers gloves. I reached out to them to make sure they were aware of what happened. I've been to Jersey Mike's before but it was my first time coming to this specific location. They seem to be very clean and... organized. The customer service was ok. The workers seem to be either very tired or what but don't seem to be very happy to beworking there or what. I work in customer service and even I know that whenever someone comes in to my job no matter what isgoing on in my life I'm always very happy & friendly to help them. I'm not sure if I would come back again because the sandwichthat I purchased doesn't even tastes all the great. The meat is really bland & not very flavorful. Five stars as far as 'Jersey Mike's Subs' go... Place is always clean, staff is very friendly, courteous, and fast!! They get... you in and out 1,2,3... If staying, the tables are not on top of each other which is nice. Plenty of easy parking. Read more
I was pleasantly surprised at Jersey Mikes today. I ordered a store roasted mini-roast beef sandwich with provolone cheese,... jalapeño peppers (optional), onions (optional), and vinegar. It was absolutely delicious. Read more
I hope the Freeport NY manager reads this complaint. I really enjoy the sandwiches at JERSEY MIKE'S subs. But the people who... work there who are young and black who are so disconnected with customer service and cleanliness. I been going there for acouple of years like twice every other month, I would enjoy going there everyday but the staff there are so not welcoming andact as if the customer is bothering them. The counter is always disgusting, smeared food all around the table. The lettuce todaywas brown and the vinegar was stale. The employes walk in the back of the room to grab items thats not at the front counter,that makes me wonder how clean the back room is. Today, as I was waiting to be served, two people orders were wrong who hadplaced an order for pick up and one customer didn't get their order at all, while his other friends did. He was waiting forawhile, the customer just laughed and said "It wasn't meant to be" lol, he laughed, and walked away. Another customer returnedcouple of sandwiches because they were wrong! Its not hard work, granted, it's a sandwich shop but hire ppl that want to work inthe service food industry and who are welcoming and at least smile. Don't hire people because they just need a job. Over thesummer I saw a spanish employe seething under is baseball cap looking like he just didn't care about being there, scary.
