They hoard ketchup, even when u request it they don't put it in your bag. I order drive thru I have to park and walk in for... something as simple as ketchup. Have nothing but great things to comment about this McDonald's. First, I live in Hempstead& love to visit this location. Second,... have been to many franchise restaurants and each one has a particular item that is always made well but this McDonald's makeseverything great. I gave this McDonald?s way to many chances but every time I order from here weather in person or thru Uber eats, grub hub, etc .... I get the food poorly made or the order is completely screwed up. Clearly ordered my food plain. The only thing that came outright was the sprite I ordered and the they added the cheese !! never ordering from here again. Read more
