I came here once before with my best friend and had a great time. I decided to bring my mother here in the summer time because... of the great vibes and being that it is next to the water. The waiter,Joshua, was very accommodating and always checked to makesure we were good. Filled our glasses with water each time it was empty, and made sure our food was well. However my mom's saladwas old and rotten. The manager, Judy, was extremely dismissive, and had the nerve to tell my mother that the salad was thatcolor due to the Balsamic vinaigrette dressing. I will never come back here, due to the fact that the manager brushed it off asif it was not a big deal. Horrible customer service from Judy. Super unprofessional. Read more

2 Stars for the lovely atmosphere of this place. Went here for an early dinner and the food was sub-par at best. To start, we... were served nachos with marinara sauce. New experience, I was open to it, but I still asked one of the servers if they meant forit to be salsa. I must have asked a very difficult and taboo question because it took a solid few minutes before anyone gave mea straight answer. The lobster ravioli tasted like a microwaveable brand I could get in a supermarket, and I don?t think therewas either lobster nor ravioli on the plate. We ordered a burger (medium) and fries as well. The buns were stiff as cardboard,the beef was well done, but the fries were admittedly nice and crunchy. Check it out for the nice atmosphere, and also for theawesome bartender who managed to put a smile on our faces as were entering and leaving. Read more

Mile On The Water is now on my top 10 worst nights out. I have been a customer for years at a restaurant one of the bartenders... works at. She always made the best drinks and was personable, she built relationships with her clients which made me want tocheck out Mile On The Water when she started. The place was entirely disorganized and chaotic. I came the night she and herhusband were working. Let?s just start by saying how limited the drink selection was. Half of the drinks on the menu weren?teven an option because the bar wasn?t stocked with the ingredients to make the drinks. Confused as to how that could even bepossible in their second week of business so I guess the manager missed the concept of a bar not a backyard bbq. Additionally,there was a woman deeply invested in a bottle of wine standing behind the bar and completely disregarding all customersbasically saying it?s not her problem what we want and she?s not a bartender she?s the ?boss? overseeing things....but yet shewon?t help any matters? The bar back had asked her to move over so he can bring in a heavy box and she said ?there?s enough roomfor you I?m not movin? in front of customers. Moving on to another complaint, the menu was overpriced and didn?t have much barrelated food which I was actually looking forward to, they had expensive house salads and pastas- who wants that at a bar?Lastly the customer next to me wanted to speak to a manager because her French fries took 1 hour to come out, the manager said?were dealing with what we got? very professional?
