Best restaurant on the Nautica Mile! Mouthwatering specials, excellent steak cooked crispy and perfectly medium well. Calamari... was to die for, and Chocolate Lava Cake and Lime Cake where just exquisite, and tasted fresh. On Sunday August 7th,2022 my family and I visited Nautilus Cafe for the first time. We initially planned on going Bayview on the... Mile but after reading the reviews for Nautilus Cafe we decided that this restaurant was more suitable to our needs. The dinningexperience was unlike anything that I ever experienced. Not only was the hostess willing to accommodate my extremely largereservation for 13 people but the staff provided excellent service. Recently I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance which asyou can imagine has made dinning outside of my home a bit complex. Fortunately for me we were served by the head waiter who wasextremely knowledgeable about the gluten-free options that were available. The head waiter along with his staff made my familyfeel welcome and catered to our every need. Everyone in my family raved at how impeccable the food was and how the quality ofthe food was well worth the price we paid. The Nautilus Cafe is an absolutely outstanding restaurant and I will be returningvery soon. Read more
I walked into the restaurant and I wasn’t welcomed when I came in waited and the hostess told us to wait and then asked the... people behind if they had a reservation which overall I thought the hostess was rather rude because at least I would havewelcomed the next people that waited. I’m not sure if it was because we were Hispanic and the people behind us were white shethen decided to tell us that she took them first because they had a reservation. Great location and staff. My wife and I are foodies so we were very excited to find and try this place regardless of the pricey... menu items. This two star rating is strictly based on the food. This isn't a fine dining restaurant so the portions were decentsizes. Everything was à la carte so I had a grilled shrimp dish and my wife had a lightly breaded fish filet dish (can'tremember the names) with fried onions and creamy spinach for table sides. Everything was presented very nicely and we hadn'teaten since we attended a vegan bbq (amazing food) earlier that day. My wife and I recently hosted dinner at Nautilus Cafe and our guests craved lobsters so we pre-ordered 3 pounders. The... restaurant was very accommodating and the prices were very reasonable. The lobsters were perfectly prepared and delicious andthe service was extremely attentive. Ronni, our server, could not do enough to make our dinner even more enjoyable.
