Bad attitude. I was there at 4:15 on 10/4/2022 and there were 5 guys behind the counter. It was just me and 1 other customer. ... The other customer nicely said hello to be helped and they gave him a blank stare. I then complained with no response and leftwithout ordering. They act like they are the only game in town. Generally was very satisfied. Last order veal parmesan was so tough could barely cut it. This order eggplant parmesan with... sliced sausage. I might have found 1 maybe 2 sausage. Also ordered angel hair pasta and got spaghetti instead. No.68 notsatisfied Read more
Yum! We all loved the pizza. It had a nice crunch. We ordered a pepperoni, regular cheese and Sicilian mushroom. It all tasted... great. The personnel were great. It's the perfect place for after a day at the beach. I highly recommend it to you pizza lovers.We shall return again and again. ???? Read more
When on Long Island, Raimo?s is the Italian spot of choice. The ?to go? experience was just that.. Place your order, pay, wait... then go. While the gentleman that took my order was kind and friendly, his focus wasn?t on the experience. The pizza waspretty good with just the right amount of cheese (no complaints there), the garlic knots were cooked a little too long and theZeppoles (not sure if I spelled that correctly) Italian food lovers may know about this tasty treat???? So sad. Probably enjoying my last pizza from Raimos. We are regular customers for over 30 years. My husband is so angry he said... ?never again!? We called in a pizza order and were given a number 41, and time to pick up, 20 min. My husband was there on timeand gave his number. He stood there waiting for our order. He watched people come in, order, wait and grab their order. He askedabout the order. ?In a minute? he was told. When #54 was called and walking out with their order, my husband said ?hey, I?m 41and your handing 54 his order?? He was told to wait a few more minutes and it would be ready. He finally received his pizza, 45minutes after he walked in, 65 minutes from when the order was placed. An apology for the delay would have helped but none wasgiven.
