Every one do not go to this subway the worse subway ever. They serve old bread and on top of that they are extremely rude... customer service is horrible. Don?t go here there is one on Atlantic Avenue in Baldwin that is much better and they have greatcustomer service. Go to that one this one here is horrible Read more
This place has bad, bad, service. I just ordered two sandwiches from them and both orders were wrong. My daughter called to... resolve the mishap and the worker had a nasty attitude with her. She asked to speak to the manager the they hung up the phone. I don?t recommend ordering sandwiches from here. I went there during a busy lunch hour and the two girls working behind the counter were the most friendly enjoyable workers I... have ever encountered. They even remembered most customers around me and made sandwiches for them without having to ask whatthey wanted making the line go fast. They also took pride in every sandwich they made and I never felt like an inconvenience formy very specific order. What a pleasure, keep those girls well paid! Read more
Came here on Saturday 7pm July 20th. This Subway was the cleanest and best service I've ever experienced at the franchise. The... two gentlemen employees working there keep the place top notch and exemplify what the meaning of excellent customer is. Thankyou guys. Read more
I had a long wait, there was only one girl working the entire time I was there. I sat and watched people get off the line, and... the girl do the best she could. The food was fine. The girl did a fine job making it come together nice, didn't rush job it,wasn't sloppy. Place was clean and things seemed in order, it was just wierd waiting in line for 10minutes at a subway. I'dwouldn't come back just not into waiting like that at Subway. Read more
Was in a pinch and had to get something to eat. This place gets two stars for somewhat decent service, but here's what they ran... out of or didn't have: 1. Tomatoes 2. Spinach 3. Mozzarella and Cheddar 4. Napkins (really?) 5. Ice 6. Cold drinks other thanice tea and bottled water Sandwich was decent, but this location literally had nothing more than the bare basics. It wasunderstaffed and the sole guy working the counter was doing the best he could, but corporate shouldn't really let a storeoperate in this condition. I'm writing this review to remind myself not to get Subway anymore, even if it is just out ofdesperation. Read more
