I was very disappointed with the service here and the food didn't make the experience any better. We were seated right away... which was fine and the ambiance of the restaurant was good however our waitress seemed out of it. She asked what we wanted andkept interrupting us as we were placing the order and spilled half of our appetizer which she brought another half order nocharge. My food was not good. I had the fish and chips and it wasn't fully cooked. My husband had the lobster roll which was okbut lackluster with the wilted lettuce they put as decoration. We asked for to go boxes and the waitress spent a minute tellingus there were 2 they're just hard to see but she only brought 1 box and we asked for a bag and she gave us some story that theydidn't have any. Won?t go back, they apparently ran out of lemonade, iced tea, to go silverware & no to go bags. They don?t serve desserts.... Didn?t care for the battered cod fish. First off the Service was horrible waited over a 1/2 hour to get 2 drinks and my order to be taken 74 bucks for 2 drinks a... cheeseburger and side of mozzarella sticks.. lets not forget being there almost 2 hours and seen the Waiter I think 3 timesfelt felt like i was in east New York. Waiter had his hat so low I couldn't see his eyes boots hanging off his feet like hejust got out of prison the other half of the place didn't speak English.. good job !! This is just a place to sip drinks and enjoy the outdoor seating. Hard pass on the food. Except maybe a jumbo pretzel. That was... ok. Caesar salad was actually about a quarter cup caesar dressing with some lettuce and a few teeny croutons?it was drenched indressing?inedible?.burger, chicken tacos, fries (pieces of lint on several fries) and mozzarella sticks were all meh. Absolutelynothing good enough to total 90.00?.dirty silverware too. They also impose a 4.45 or 4.95 ?tech charge? on your bill which Igather is for paying with a card vs cash. No mention of such on menu. Had we known we would have paid cash. We were too annoyedwith the horrible meal to bother inquiring so we just paid and unfortunately took the 5.00 from the 20.00 tip we planned onleaving. The waitress was lovely?the highlight actually?but there was no way we could leave her 20.00 after that charge. Wealready wasted money on the food and didn't bother to complain or ask to have the nasty salad removed and she didn?t offer sothats that. Don?t get any blended drinks unless you want grinded bees in it too. I ordered a strawberry daiquiri. Bartender didn?t ID... anyone. Got the drink tasted like straight juice. I noticed some black flat specks in the drink but figured maybe it was fromthe strawberry but after drinking half of the drink I found the body of a yellow jack. Asked for a refund and the bartender hadan attitude at first and said ?don?t you see how many bees are flying around me they are bound to go in your drink.? Did notgive me a refund.
