Was in line at 8:45 pm with 2 other vehicles in front of me. Upon arrival I noticed that the lights in store were already off?.... Waited and waited until I finally get to the window right at 9 and the window was already closed with some sort of cardboard onit to where you can?t see inside. Online states they close at 9 pm, mind you I waited in line for 15 minutes to not even beacknowledged! Read more
Absolutely Terrible customer service. Ordered online about an hour before got there was waiting and waiting, finally went... to.walk inside just for the inside to be closed. Drive through had 5 cars and didn't move for at least 10 minutes. I will nevereven attempt this location again. Shouldn't accept online orders if not able to pick up in a timely manner. Read more

We always buy pizza from here, and usually the service is good and pizza is really good. But today I don?t know what happened... my husband place the order for two stuffed crust pizza and wings at 2:45 and it was almost 3:30 when someone finally decides tolet him know his order was not ready and when he finally gets it the boxes are all greasy and the pizza it?s not even cut andthe crust is all deflated because whatever they put as cheese was like powder looking, it was gross. When I asked my husband ifhe asked for a special cheese or something he said no, he said he could not have even if he wanted to because the two youngladies that where there one of them came to the desk kept looking at her phone and went to the back then that?s when the otherone said his order was not ready while the other girl was still texting on her phone the whole time. I would like to think thatit was a rookie mistake because the girl was new but I don?t know, needles to say we ended up throwing away most of the pizza ittasted different and I was afraid the cheese they had used was bad. Came in on a Saturday night around 7:30 and I went to drive thru and no one came to the window. So I waited for a few minutes... and decided to get off and get my pizza, there was about 2 teens sitting down in the back talking and I guess that?s why theydidn?t come to the window, got my meat lovers pizza and it was cold the only thing that was good was the cheesy bread cause itjust came out of the oven and I got it fresh.Wanted to try It here for the first time but I wouldn?t come back, I will stick toanother pizza place Read more
It was OK. I had to wait for them to fix me another pizza, because they burned the first one. Didn't offer me ANYTHING for... having to wait for them to redo my order. I don't think I'll be going back no time soon. This was my first time. What a badexperience. Not cool Read more
