Got to the window, received my hot chocolate and was told to wait in curbside #3 for a kids 6 piece happy meal and a Dr Pepper.... Waited 20 min, receipt said 10:31 and finally went inside after the car next to me got their food with fries after I had alreadybeen there for 10 min. Went inside and gave the receipt and told I was still waiting. I?m assuming they forgot and said theywere waiting on fries. I ordered my food at 3:54pm and they asked me to pull into position 2 to wait for my box of cookies. I sat there till 26 mins... had gone by then I called from my phone to the inside to find out where there cookies were and asked why they had not given methe extra Mac sauce I paid for. The last said she wasn't the one that took the order but would get it right out to me. By thetime it made it out to me a total of 35 mins had gone by and she comped me with 2 apple pies for the wait. Apparently the mcdouble and double cheeseburger are the exact same thing! Do not get the double cheeseburger you will pay more..... Cannot follow simple instructions! DONT ORDER DOOR DASH FROM THIS PLACE! they will mess it up, as they cannot followinstructions. You will then get food you can't eat and you will be stuck ordering again and wasting money! Yall, this place definitely has the co-worker mentality. Where EVERYONE is on the same page! The line was NEVER over 5 vehicles... and I barely saw break lights, they had that routine down so well! My big truck even fits through drive up lanes without rubbingtires! Parking is separate and attached to the facility. One has options for I believe carry out/pick up identified by signs.However, there is a median separating the 2 parking areas. Read more
Received order in a timely manner. Fries were hot, sandwich was deliciously fresh tasting.
Sometimes they're short staffed and may take a bit to get your order, but they're very friendly and I appreciate that
