Food is ok as a take out but the food preparers do not wear a mask made it looks unprofessional and could cause hygiene issues... especially when they have to talk during the food preparation. Read more

Located in the food court of the Ranch 99 building, this place was very easy to locate. It's kind of fun that you can order... anything else you want from the food court too but you do need to look for seating scattered around. There's also free water inthe food court which is nice. Ordering is done via a touch screen machine at the counter so you can pick whatever options youwant and add comments as needed. It's pretty straightforward and you only need to decide what kind of chicken you want (steamed, grilled, fried), what kind of base (chicken rice, brown rice, salad) and sauces to go with your meal. We tried both the chickenand rice and chicken with half rice half salad combos. Chicken - quite tender and juicy but sort of lacking in flavor Chickenrice - flavorful from the ginger! Kind of light on the salt which wasn't a bad thing at all Salad - not authentic as an option,I would have preferred if they offered a cooked vegetable like bokchoy or something but you feel less guilty and full with thehalf salad option Sauces: Ginger scallion oil - tasted like what you would expect. It had just the right amount of seasoning andwasn't too salty Singapore chili sauce - not very authentic, it somehow had lemongrass in it?! And even though it's labeled veryspicy, it didn't have much of a kick and I have a very low spice tolerance Singapore soy - basically soy sauce with sesame oiland I wouldn't recommend this as an option. It isn't what they serve in Singapore and you should choose a different sauce to tryinstead. Read more

Ordered takeout for work trip in Fremont, the foods arrived still warm and orders are all correct and labelled with names... properly. The portion and selection are very well-organized and smart that all of us can choose what we want for proteins, bases(rice/brown rice/rice-salad combo), and sauces. I personally love the boiled and grilled chicken while my colleagues really LOVEfried one. The soup is nice and Not salty like the other chicken rice that I?ve tried. Overall, 10/10 for everything. Willrecommend to anyone to try this place! P/S: forget to mention, do NOT order the chicken skins. They are very ADDICTIVE!!!???????????? the chicken skins are so crispy but not oily, very yummy and goes along really well with all the sauces! Read more

Pretty good. First time at the Fremont location. Countless times to the Santa Clara location. SC one is 5 stars without a doubt... but Fremont one is lacking a little. For the vegetarian fried tofu box, the tofu was more dense (cut smaller sizes) so itdoesn?t have the same texture as the SC location. It doesn?t give me that amazing yummy fried tofu taste because of how dense itis. The rice was also on the softer side. The hainan chicken box has less chicken than the SC location. If I didn?t go to SClocation multiple times before, I would say this place is quite good. However, comparing the two, I?ll pick the SC location foroverall quality and quantity but would pick Fremont for the location convenience and still satisfy that chicken meets ricecraving! Read more

It?s a weird place. The vibe was representative of a place where the employees hate their boss. It doesn?t translate into a... positive dining experience. I don?t blame the employees. The awkwardness is palpable. This is significant considering it?s kioskordering, meaning the interaction level is minimal, yet it?s obvious. Management needs to get their act together. Highlyoverpriced too. Read more

It's conveniently located inside the Asian supermarket, the 99 Ranch. Thus shoppers could have a quick bite before/after weekly... grocery shopping. Taste was quite good with reasonable price tag. Read more

The grilled chicken was excellent. I got the half chicken rice and half salad option though I wish I got full chicken rice... because it was that yummy. You also get a choice of 1 or 2 sauces which were delicious. Just as a fyi this is a food courtsetting so it's self seating. Read more
