I ordered online and The purpose is to save time. But always waste time. Completed online orders are placed behind the cashier.I... stood about 2 feet face to the cashier for 10min without anyone asking me for any help. I don?t understand there are 2-3 peoplein the back kitchen and they made us wait for more than 30 mins. I understand it is a long line and the staff is busy? But whynot put ready-made online orders on the shelf for self-pickup like other stores. Orders not made in time? Why not tell thecustomers to come at a later time? And what?s the point of ordering a pick-up but ending up even slower than queueing in person?every time I come to pick up food will get the same issues. on Labour day dinner time they locked the door at 6:45 pm becauseTheir main ingredients white rice and black beans are sold out.WTH Chipotle on Mowry is terrible, This is the only location withthe worst service ever. Please please do not go to this chipotle location!!!! I am always a fan of chipotle. But very disappointed here. The reason you... do a pickup is to avoid waiting in the line. If you somehow end up waiting in the line for a pickup order to get ready becausewhen you arrive at the location to pickup they are still preparing order for those who ordered half hour before you, that?sreally disappointing. These guys are the most laziest chipotle staff I have ever seen. For 9.00 pm pickup order they have noteven started up until 9.30 pm and when they are about to make order they say that they are out of gaucomole. How can you expectnot to have gaucomole when you order veggie bowl. Are you kidding me ?? And this s the not first time this happened. I ended upcanceling my order. Honestly I regret going to this place and wasting my time. Also the food (rice) s not cooked wellsometimes. I guess when they are in hurry they don?t cook the rice well. Overall I would like to say, avoid this location ifpossible and chose some other location near by. Read more
No stars at all. This is the only location that has the worst service ever. I ordered online a bowl and half of the stuff was... not added to it (please see the pic)and also added a side of Gauc which they didn?t add. I ordered veggie burrito bowl with Sofaritas. I am pure vegetarian, when I started eating I found 2 meat pieces in the food.... It?s disgusting that meat came in the mouth. I would not recommend vegetarians people to eat at chipotle. Read more
This is the only location that has the worst service ever. I stood in line for 30 minutes and only one person in the front... making food. One lady at the register not helping at all. It possibly couldn?t be any slower. I wonder why the manager is notpushed to have folks in the front. I see employees randomly chatting in the back and not coming upfront. Unbelivably horrible.Towards the end a randomly lady walks to the register cuts infront of everyone and grabs food while I?m being rung up. As irequest for the manager to stop this harrassment of customers but apparently the chatty and lazy stAff gets offended. What ashameful show of basic fastfood service. The entire time line was more than 15 people at a given time and the staff didn?t seemto give two hoots. Do see attached photos and commrny so this locations shameful managements takes action. The young people working here don't care about the food they serve at all. They throw it together and do a terrible job. The... counter they created my food order on was so covered in food scraps I almost left. Then they drag my bowl through it all andhand it to me. The line was 20 people long so after I waited that long I wasn't going to leave being as hungry as I was and withmy young son. Won't be back. A manager should be on site running this place.
