Nice Hawaiian fast food. I feel like the restaurant is a classier version of L&L with the same price. I would go here over... L&L. Food: Katsu chicken was pretty good. The katsu sauce was sweet. I would recommend this entree. The BBQ chicken was goodtoo. It wasn't dry. The Kalbi was a little salty, but it was good. Ambience: The restaurant itself looks nice and clean. Theirtables are clean and simple. There is only one trash and it's located at the entrance. Parking: abundance of parking space.Shares with other stores in the area. Read more

Extremely poor customer service. Ordered food at 9:25pm. Sat down to eat it and was rudely interrupted by the cashier telling us... to leave since the restaurant closing time was 9:30 pm. When I asked her why she hadn?t told us while ordering that we couldn?tdine in, she tells us that we should know that the restaurant closes at 9:30 pm Ono Hawaiian BBQ managers, please teach yourteam members customer service skills. Very unsatisfied. I ordered the meal, and as the description said, it should include the meat, rice, macaroni salad, and... vegetables. We ordered take-out (because of COVID), and when we arrived home, I was disappointed at the contents. I was supposedto receive 2 scoops of rice and 1 scoop of macaroni salad, but instead, I got 3 scoops of rice and no macaroni. Additionally,instead of getting vegetables under my meat as described, I just got more rice. I was left with a bunch of rice and meat with nomacaroni or vegetables. To top it off, in the bags, we were supposed to be offered the white and brown sauce, but I was onlygiven 2 brown sauces instead of 1 brown and 1 white. When I asked for sauce, the server explained it was in the bag, when thewhite sauce was not given. I am unsatisfied because I was not given the experience I was promised, and I was left with macaroni,vegetables, and white sauce missing. Love this place everytime I'm around one in California I have to hit it up. I like the khati style chicken with the firecracker... chicken. The macaroni salad is a must. Check this place out if you get a chance try the khati sauce it's delish!!!! Read more

Lazy staff. Wrong order. Don?t answer phone. Hair in my food . Worst experience everrr? save your money and go somewhere else.
