I have 4 missing items. I don't go to this location since I'm not from Fremont. I've been calling and nobody answers the phone... either. So now I've been duped and nobody is willing to answer to help solve my issue. Although I should have checked my order,I trusted the staff would hand my order COMPLETE. And frankly, idk if I'll be in Fremont anytime soon. I can only hope these pplanswer the phone to do a refund over the phone or have store credit when I do go to Fremont. Read more
Called them nobody answered. I went at 3 am. They close at 3:30 am I was going to ask if they have dine-in because on Google it... says open 24 hours dine-in. I walked to the jack in the box and the doors were locked and walked through the drive thru andnobody answered but then the car behind me drove up to the menu and the Lady answers immediately. Fast service, nice staff, quick bacon breakfast jack: a soft bun, egg, cheese bacon, you can customize it the way you want.Easy... inexpensive breakfast. Tried the French toast with syrup, they were very good. A great to go meal with coffee. Read more
Worst customer service experience. There was an Incident with a homeless lady that did purchase an item and was refused the... bathroom before leaving. No one said a word to her or is really while the incident was taking place. Everyone that should?vebeen taking our order was too busy ignoring the lady and waiting for a big scene to acknowledge our presence. Just treat peoplelike people. Whatever decision petiole take in their life?s that makes them look or act ?unusual? doesn?t mean they are notworth the same service and respect as the rest of us. Read more

They always forget to put your food in the bag ... If I could give no stars I would... Update tried to give the establishment... another shot. Fail!!!! Do not eat here, they don't value their customers go to mission. I ordered a salad and the lettuce wasold, brown and soggy. If you wouldn't give it to your mother like this. Don't give it to me. I usually come here after work or late nights on my days off around 4am, and they seem to always have the freshest fries and... food. Best Jack I've been to in the city and the only one I basically chose to go to. Read more
