Horrible order accuracy. Asked for a burger no cheese, two tacos, fries and tiny tacos and only got the burger WITH CHEESE and... fries. I didn't give any attitude or mean Any harm to them I just ordered regularly and they completely screwed up my order.Watch out ! Read more
Ordered a cheeseburger, fries, two drinks and some cheesecake this afternoon. Food was great! One of the drinks didn?t taste... quite right so I went back to the drive through. The employees were very polite and remade my drink, even upgraded it to alarger size. Great customer service from the friendly employees. Read more
1. they have loiterers outside their restaurant. they need to call the police. it makes no sense why they don't. THEY NEED TO... CALL POLICE to get the vagrants that hang out there to go away, and not only that, patrol the area every once in a while andmake sure they don't return. it's a must. stop letting the vagrants create an unsafe and uncomfortable atmosphere. CALL THEPOLICE. 2. the lady that works there in the afternoon (i think she's a manager; she wears a red shirt) is super rude. fakenice. fake smile. rude rude rude. her unhappiness shouldn't affect her work performance, if it does, she shouldn't be workingright now. she speaks spanish to her coworkers and doesn't understand that just because i don't look hispanic doesn't mean icannot speak spanish and not understand what they are saying. im black and ive known spanish my whole life. yesterday they weremaking fun of a customer, in spanish, for having a mask on. there are signs around the restaurant stating "you must wear amask", and yet the workers don't wear a mask. and then they are going to make fun of their customers who do wear masks? thatis so messed up. I give this jack in the box 3 stars because for some reason when I ask for my tacos extra crispy you have to leave them in the... oil for like a minute longer and I even tell them if they can do that for me and they always tell me yes they can and every timethey give me the tacos they are not crispy at all I don't get why they can't make the tacos crispy for me it's the most simplestthing and I know it is because I use to work at jack in the box and I use to run grill other than that everything else is goodover at this place . They almost always mess up on drive thru orders so make sure u pull over and check bags before you go home and your food is... missing. Also lately there chicken tenders have been undercooked. Quality of food and service went down. Read more
Today our visit was delightful! My wife got a grilled Cheese Burger Munchie Box and Mixed Curlie Fries and 2 Crispy Tacos and a... Cola , 1 st off I didnt get those pics she killed her box by time I was done taking picture of my items ???????? . But any who1st withthe Bad the Cola w/LIGHT ice was Flat and very watery and horrible taste . 2nd The burger was okay , Not really likea Wendy's Quality Meat but it wasn't bad . Fries and curlie fries Good and I had Potatoes wedges Delicious! And crispy tacoswhere very fresh crispy cheese , lettuce sauce very Good . I do recommend and will go back ty. Read more
