I went the other night to get a dinner since I was so tired from work and I had a very bad experience with your night employee... specifically with manager (cashier) who was taking orders, it was very rude and pushy!! And when I finally got to the window Iasked for ketchup and also mayonnaise, so he/she or whatever gave me that roll out eyes and then pointed out my bag stating thatshe or he put in my bag!! I knew I had some but I wanted more!! She refused to gimme more!! I?ll never ever going to come backto that place anymore and I?ll make Sure to spread the bad service on that place!! 2 of our people did not get to eat. We asked for no mayonnaise and of course they put it on. The chicken fajita pita was all... lettuce with about 3 pieces of chicken. Worse Jack in the Box I have ever been to!!!! Plus no ice in drinks!! Read more
Typical Jack in the crack experience. They are open 24 hours so that is the main convenience here. The fajita pita was good but... the spicy chicken was a bland. If I?m in a late night pinch again, I may give them another chance to redeem themselves. Read more
Inaccurate orders, unapologetic staff, and subpar quality. Very frustrating experience. You cannot have it your way here. Do... not have high expectations or expect what you get at other locations because I would have to rate this as one of the worst. Theitems that were correct tasted old and stale despite just being ordered. It is just fast food but at least you expect a certainlevel of consistency and this location didn't leave me with anything positive to say. Good food, but this one guy working there made people uncomfortable, including myself, when I dined there for lunch a few days... ago. He seemed to be ticked off and was direct with me, clearly wanting to move on with the order with no moment to think aboutit. The place was nearly empty with no line, so there's was no apparent need for any rush. But I brushed that off, figuring heprobably had a bad day. After I sat down to eat, he was yelling loudly enough at other workers that you could hear him whileseated in the front corner by the entrance. Can't remember what it was about. Later, he was also intimidating to a customer whowas just trying to get water from the drink machine. If this is the same guy referenced in prior reviews, he needs to fix hispublic-facing attitude and/or be let go ASAP to minimize scaring away any more business (besides mine). Read more
I dont really what the purple shirt is while everyone else is wearing black. I'm thinking manager. I walk in wait over 5 minutes... until anyone even acknowledged me, when he finally did the only thing he said and very rudely what else do you want over andover. I didn't realize until I got home that my order was ice cold and no receipt I even prove I was there. Every other locationI have been to they are polite and professional. There is nothing they can do that can change my mind. This man obviously hateshis job and .maybe people as well. I'm going to report him to corporate and I will speak to the owner of this particularfranchise. 98 percent of my reviews are all positive in nature. "WHERE THE TURKEY AT?" It's Thanksgiving, most restaurants are closed, if not only open until midday. You're working a holiday... shift in a business park. Where can you go? Only the nearest fast food franchise. "WHERE THE TURKEY AT?" You order and sitdown. McDonald's may have McNuggets, but they don't have the everyday man's sourdough. Suddenly, the doors open. "WHERE THETURKEY AT?" I'd like to know myself. Why am I eating a sourdough jack and not a turkey leg? The two guests scour the menu,believing the genius that is Jack to have anticipated the bellow of their holiday hunger. "WHERE THE TURKEY AT?" The bird isnowhere to be read. The manager appears, like Moses to the peoples' bellowing cries for the word of God, with but one sentenceto qualm their pangs of hunger, "I don't know. It must've been pardoned." A moment of respite follows before a hearty chuckleat the dignity of the answer. To acknowledge and humor their spirit has quelled the cries of their belly. A brief prayer to the2 Taco God, Jack, is passed on. "Tell Jack to get some turkey legs up here or something. He's always coming up withstuff." "WHERE THE TURKEY AT?" Where indeed, where indeed.
