I'd like to say you have an awesome employee named Alex at this Restaurant #1233 I see him at the drive thru cashier counter... every Saturday and he is always so pleasant and nice to speak with, very courteous and never seems to be down, ever. The girlsat the last window also delivers the food with a smile and are so friendly... what a wonderful staff. Read more
Stroopwafel mcflurry was sold out for a while but was still on the menu. Comparing with mcDonald's on Holland wasn"t the flurry... as creamy and the M&M's where too sweet and chewy. Read more
That store manager should remember what he did which was yelling at a manager for something that was not her responsibility.... That store manager should be talking since he is having an affair with a 20 something year old who he also bought a car for. That store manager is so unprofessional and even said that men aren?t of only one bed which alludes to cheating. I have no ideawhy men are proud of cheating. That man is old and he has a whole family. He chooses his mistress over the workers. The workersare there to work not to be yelled at for something they had nothing to do with. Horrible customer service, telling me "it's not my problem". I didn't say it was their problem, I was asking what my options... are, they didn't understand my inquiries and was being extremely rude like I was trying to steal their $$$$ and food. It wasover $1 fries. I didn't pick it up early enough but had paid for it on mobile, I asked multiple clerks there, "what are myoptions?" and I received no real answers, or accommodations but rudeness.
