The the cashier was very unprofessional I asked for extra cheese and crushed red pepper he gave me 2 packs I asked for more and... the cashier gave me a dumbfounded look on his face. I also asked for napkins And plates and the cashier decides to tosses anUnnecessary large stack of napkins on the few plates and cheese packs he gave me. I ordered two large pizza?s and asked forthem to be cooked extra crispy. I even made sure to call the restaurant to remind them but they clearly could not follow simpleinstructions. The pizza dough was barely cooked through it tasted slightly raw. I would not recommend this place to any of myfamily or friends. I wish I was writing this review in a positive light and I am also saddened that I will have to switch locations especially... since they are out the direction of my house. I loooovvveeeee mountain mikes pizza. Once I moved to Fremont I was so excited onewas so close to my house so I made it my home base. I used to order here more frequently to the point they already knew me andmy bf by name lol. I always order pickup and I always receive the best greeting and most of the time I am offered great coupondeals if I don't have one already. Staff are always pleasant, helpful, and professional. The food is always great and I amoffered cheese, plates and more. I really miss the old team. Last night my experience was horrible i ordered pickup and thestaff over the phone was ok but I think he can use some improvement. He should know prices on meal deals and the menu. I alwaysget the meal deal (pizza, soda, mozzarella sticks and I'll add dessert) because I get more bang for my buck. The staff wasn'tsure of any meal deals or any pricing on pizzas and offered 20% off two large pizzas and 10% off one medium pizza. Once Iarrived i stood in line to wait to pay. When I was ready to pay I guess there wasn't a option to give me 10% anymore and told meI had to order another pizza to get 10% or I can join the vip and get 20%. I said ok Let's do it I'll join vip and get 20% offtonight and he said no it doesn't work like that. At that moment I was frustrated and told him I come here a lot and I've neverreceived this kind of service and he laughed and said ohhhhh you come here a lot ok. Once I got home and seen my food it was notup to par at all and didn't at all match the quality of mountain mikes at all. My pizza was ok in taste but not like I'm used toit tasting and not at all the amount of pepperoni we always receive which we were didn't mind but it would have been nice forthe pizza to actually taste good. This is a really good place to dine in for pizza. The wings were nice and juicy. I tried the curry pizza this time and loved the... flavor of it. The server was polite. The bathroom was out of toilet paper and soap though so i took one star off. Read more
Delicious Vegetarian Pizzas (Veggie Curry, Mt. Veggiemore) & Cheese Sticks. Also ordered some Chicken Wings which were equally... delicious. Restaurant was very clean and staff was very helpful. Traveling through Fremont, CA, and came across Mountain Mike Pizza. Decided on the medium classic pepperoni. Delicious. Lots of... pepperoni, melted cheese, crispy crust. I also ordered the wings, BBQ and garlic. I recommend the garlic wings for the spicytaste. Finished off with an order for mini churros. Yummy. Will return when I'm in the area. Read more
I went to this Fremont location last week and was over charged 8 dollars when I noticed the next day they said it?s normal for... them to over charge to make sure your bank can cover it? made no sense . Anyway left my name and number and never got a callback . I called again a few days later and still have not received a call. I know it?s just 8 dollars but it?s just the factthat it feels intentional and I?m sure they have done it to me before and I just didn?t notice .
