Went there for a cup of coffee. I didn't like the taste much. But the service was really good.

Was a weird experience here at this Starbucks. The cashier was kind of rude (seemed like she was the manager) and the place had... straw wrappers and other garbage on the floor in different areas. Looks like they just got through a rush and decided not tosend anyone out to clean the floors or tables (but whatever, we weren't staying). I decided to get the new Apple OatmilkMachiatto, now I have had apples in my oatmeal before, but one thing you shouldn't add to that is coffee (not completelyhorrible, but not good). Overall experience was not that good, it seems like Starbucks is starting to go to the dumps atdifferent locations. Seems like you can't run that many stores with high quality like they used to have. If they keep declininglike this, soon enough they will be out of business, and that's not good, cause I like Starbucks ????. Won't come back to thisone. Read more

Came to this location on Monday and ordered a bagel didn?t realize until I got home that they didn?t cut it in half so it wasn?t... toasted at all. Decided to give them another chance today and had my son pick it up this time and they did the exact same thing.How hard is it to do your job and cut a bagel. Read more

I've gotten coffee from here at least 7 times. Their staff has become surprisingly rude. About a month ago, I was in the drive... thru and ordered a black coffee with a splash of water (for someone with lactose intolerance) and they gave us something thatlooked like a latte and had milk. When we came back to the drive thru to tell them they gave us the wrong drink, they arguedwith us and gave us a hard time. We were honestly baffled. On a second occasion when my partner went to the drive thru topickup his venti mobile order, one of the young girls gave him a grande and insisted that he had to come inside if he wanted itfixed to a venti. He asked her to make it there and she asked him if she should have the manager come to the window because shewouldn't make it unless he came inside. He didn't have time and had to leave with the grande. He's also super sweet and not verycombative so it frustrated me that this staff worker was so serious about him "not holding up the line" yet she was ready towaste time by having a manager come to the window. Maybe just remake the drink instead of wasting time arguing and getting themanager? Read more

5 stars for having a drive thru!
