Only reason why I'm giving it 2 stars. Is because they had 1 guy making drinks, 2 people just walking around. I had 8 people in... front of me and it took over 20mins, just to get my drink. When they where calling your name you couldn't even here them callingyou. Won't go here again. Read more

Bad customer service by whoever was working the register. Taller guy, buzz cut. Dark grey collared shirt with no apron or name... tag on. My guess is the store manager? He greeted me by saying ?do you need help?? I asked if it was okay if I ordered a drink.He obviously was bothered I came into the store. He treated the person behind me with the same attitude. Seems like they don?twant customers. I understand there are issues with union workers but definitely not coming back here. I would put someone elseon register if they want better tips. Read more
I have been to this Starbucks location countless times. This review is for cleanliness. The place was disgusting. The floor in... the main area was not cleaned for days and the restroom is the worst. I understand that employees are busy, but this review isdirected towards Starbucks chain's management. Stop taking the exuberant money for your coffee if you cannot maintain cleanfacilities! 20 minute wait for a frappuccino this morning with 6 people working . Ridiculous. As well as closing at 11am. It's the new... normal employees dictate hours of operation. Sad Read more
These guys are extremely kind and professional. I had to wait just a short while for my order, but they were extremely nice to... give me a gift card for the wait. They went above and beyond, but that kind gesture is so infectious that it inspired me to bekind to other people as well. :) Read more
My go to Starbucks when my fiance goes to get a facial nearby. Plenty of seats on a Sunday if you want to hack on some work.... There are usually a couple of groups around chatting. There's also outdoor seating if it ever gets busy. Parking is not aproblem in this shopping center. In all, a good Starbucks that covers the to-go use case as well as the I want to hang out for afew hours use case. Read more
