Starbucks at this location on Hugo Terrace - Store 6551-63799 is one of the best Starbucks!!! I order online just about everyday... and the early morning opening staff is top-notch exceptional!!! my order is always correct - ready and never had any issues withanything here. THE SUPER EARLY CREW is always friendly - happy and engages with their customers on first name basis!!! i lovethis team and appreciate each and every one of them - even going in at different times - the whole crew at this location is thebest!!! Great place just like them all - would have given em 5 stars but they had a bit of an unclean outdoor sitting area that was... uninviting and had a bit of a ( people sleep there overnight) kinda vibe. Read more
This morning went to get coffee just after 6am. I was handed the coffee that was fresh brewed, I had waited for it to finish.... The coffee was barely warm. I told the barista she asked the other one what happened. They gave me another Pike brew this timebarely any hotter. This is the 2nd time in a month with hot coffee being cold and the staff has no clue. It appears all ordersthis morning were not hot. I've been coming to this Starbucks since the pandemic started and my regular one closed. It's clean and the social distancing... stuff is clearly marked. Mobile orders come up quickly and the line usually moves pretty well if you order in person. This alsomakes a nice alternative if the line at the Auto Mall drive through is packed. Read more
