Nice location, right around the corner of a busy intersection.
Don't order online at this shop. The male employees who worked on my order were entirely incompetent. The sandwich order didn't... specify to add any onions, and yet they looked at it and put onions anyway because in their brains, when you don't specify toadd onions, you add onions. I asked for olives, they did not put olives. Sauce was not spread evenly across the bread, butrecklessly thrown in the middle of the sandwich in a tiny area. Stupid. Anyway, when I brought the sandwich into the store toshow them that they got it wrong and I want the correct order, one of them grabbed it, poked around it while talking over itwith his nasty breath, tried to debate me on the ingredients he got correct (I do not care... literally just add the stuff Iasked to add. You're really going to waste time on that? Not a good look on you, kid), then passed me the same sandwich back.Didn't even get a brand new, remade sandwich. Laziness and incompetence. I love Subway sandwiches and so is why keep going there. Pretty standard like other Subway shops. Very easy to get it customized... according to your taste. I love the one with Veggie (soy) Patty. Similar to other reviews we had a worst service at this Subway too. Our ask was genuine - we ordered two foot longs and for one... of them we wanted the halfs to be wrapped separately and sauce to the side and one of our kids have allergies and we avoidoutside sauces for her. Other kid prefers her sauce to the side plus is safer so we avoid any allergic exposure. How insensitivethe lady dint acknowledge that!! They dint gave us weird n lame excuses and dint eventually give it to the side. We dint ask forextra just asked to give it to side instead. They also ignored our request to wrap the sandwiches separately. We had to bringthe food home and dint give it her coz of the risk. How can someone be so insensitive to save a few pennies(using a containerfor the sauce and using extra paper to wrap separately, we dint ask for any extra stuff). Never making a visit again. I have very worst experience visiting this place. Almost feel like throwing the food I got from here. I am an Indian as well but... the Indian lady who runs this place is total dishonest. She charged me extra for additional stuff lot more than mentioned on theboard. When I questioned that, she gave some stupid explaination like "I already charged you less for your chicken sandwich, itwould compensate the increase in the charge of additional stuff". WORST SUBWAY IN FREMONT! I've never had a good experience here. I Ordered a turkey on italian herb and cheese bread through the... app. Got it home and they made me a tuna on wheat with none of the proper toppings! Seriously?!?
