So I am super disappointed with my food. I got the green Chile mac and cheese burger with fries and grilled cheese with fries... and 2 milkshakes. I want to begin by saying I worked for the restaurant that made the original bacon mac and cheese burger. The key to that burger being the best is good meat perfectly smashed and mac and cheese you want to eat with or with out theburger. The meat on my burger was not cooked to the temperature I requested and the mac and cheese tasted like nothing. Noflavor even less cheese. It tasted like raw noodles with nothing on them (no cheese or seasoning) and canned green chilies wastossed on top. How do you mess up grilled cheese???? Oh I know?.you don?t cook the sandwich enough to allow The cheese tomelt. If I could give 0 stars I would but the milk shake was worth the 1 star. I can?t wait to go back to Vegas and get a REALMAC AND CHEESE BURGER. If you can?t live up to the original you shouldn?t be taking peoples money for a subpar product. Read more
Went with friends for drinks and bites. The server was very nice and pleasing. We ordered 1. Tater tots- 5/5 very delicious gone... in no time. 2. Chicken wings- 1/5 very dry, not tender at all. See attached picture. Overall the biggest issue was with chickenwings, when the issue was brought up they didn?t really acknowledge instead told that they look fine. The only reason for 2stars is the server and tator tots. The manager and the wings review is 0/5. The manager attitude was arrogant and I highlyrecommend not to come to this place. Read more
I had a custom bison burger and it was good! The chocolate milkshake was refreshing.

Good food, great service and simple but chic ambiance. I love their outdoor sitting. Last time we were here, we ordered... customized vegetarian burgers with 2 different types of fries. Really good flavors! Their vegetarian/vegan burger patties do nottaste or feel(texture) like meat and that's the best thing. Dips and sauces were too good as well. We went to this restaurant for dinner. There was limited vegetarian options. We ordered Brussels sprouts for appetiser, Sprout... Vegetarian burger ( pretty good in taste) and Pineapple mule. Good quantity and great taste!I i just hope they had more optionsfor vegetarians/vegans. Read more
This place is pretty big in terms of seating capacity with both outdoor and indoor seating. Plenty of starter options for... vegetarian but felt the portion is small. Came here a couple months back, and the food was pretty good and I liked the ambiance. However, what I didn't like was that The... Counter has a policy where the servers automatically tip themselves 20% post tax. At the time I didn't know this wasn't aCalifornia thing but now I know better and as a former server myself, auto-tipping yourself removes the incentive to providegreat customer service (that's the whole purpose of a tip), and needless to say, I haven't been back and will most likely notvisit any Counter restaurants again.
