Thought it would be better than subway. NOT! ORDERED AT THE KIOSK. Ultimate cheese... Only 1 slice of cheese, no option of bread... so it came on a plain white roll. Lettuce and onion, no condiments. Had to go back to counter 3 times. They didn't give me mydrink. Only a cup for the tea that was not on the dispenser. Firstly, don't order at the kiosk! Maybe then you would have someinput for this otherwise sad sandwich. Read more

Togo's is a great fastfood sandwich spot. I was at the gym across the street and decided to grab lunch here. This particular... establishment was clean and the service was fast. It was also extremely spacious with additional outside seating. I grabbed the6 inch club sandwich and it was quite filling. If you're in the area and need a quick bite to eat, check em out. I'm only givingthem a 4 because I wish they toasted their sandwiches without requesting. Read more

? One minute ago I went here to order a veggie wraps, the same thing I always get at every Togo's. The cashier was very rude,... didn't respond when I said hi and interrupted me to say "what size?". I explained there's no size, it's a wrap but she insistedshe needed a size to "know how many portions to put inside the wrap". I said I've never heard of that, but I said large just tokeep usgoing (I had waited in line 5 mins and there were other people waiting beging me), then she asked me to pay and Inoticed she had charged me the price of a large sandwich. I pointed her to the menu, explained again that I always get the samein every togo's, and that the menu clearly doesn't say there are two sizes or prices for wraps. But she insisted that the pricedepends on "how many portions go inside the wrap", the other employee working in the kitchen also confirmed that, although thepeople in line agreed with me. Is there something like a $12 "large wrap"? That doesnt make sense, the wrap I always get isvery generous and it's $8.50. I asked her to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. So I cancelled my order andwalked away, after driving 20 minutes, waiting in line and trying to get a simple lunch in the middle of a pandemic. Whathappened to "the customer is always right?". The past few times I've gone here I've been disappointed. They used to put so much meat on their sandwiches that sometimes it... was just too much meat, but now they hardly put any meat on their sandwhiches. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and got barelyone slice of meat, it was mostly lettuce and stale bread. To top it off, the whole meal cost me $13 bucks! The only positivething is the service was quick and they were friendly, but otherwise not worth it. Read more
