The best Xian food I've ever had. Delicious biang biang noodles, pork burger and soaked bread lamb soup. So much flavor! And... the service is so fast! You have to eat this food! Read more

Armed with the knowledge of Xian cuisine after we visited and ate through Xian, China, and loving all the spices, we gave Xian... Kitchen in Fremont another try. We were so happy with their delicious and authentic dishes, we have been frequent customers ofXian Kitchen for the last year. Why am I only writing a review now?! My sister and BIL from SoCal recently had to visit us. They have a favorite authentic Xian cuisine restaurant that they would drive an hour to eat at. They both announced that, drumroll please, Xian Kitchen is better! This is our goto list: crispy chicken, fried cauliflower in dry pot (lite spicy & litesauce), special hot oil noodle, lamb stewed noodle, fried lamb with cumin, and, hometown style pork rouburger (no fat). Wewould love to try other dishes but these are just too good to pass! Read more

Bought a lot of food to go, the owner forgot to put pork meat bun for me, come back just to pick it up the missing one. They are... super nice and made a lot of extra food for free for me. Really like this restaurant, really kind owner and good chinese food.Always on my top to go list. Strongly recommend!!! Read more

The kids didn’t want to go out tonight, I and my wife were scouting a new Chinese restaurant near home, in the Lucky... supermarket area. We’ve seen these Chinese restaurants changed monthly or yearly. We decided to pick one to try tonight. Thisplace is catered for authentic Chinese people, the servers don’t speak English, we tried the 2 hot and spicy noodles soup,#14b and 6a, each is about $11-11.6. The bowls came out red hot, 2 different kind of soup and noodles, pork and beef stew. Thesoup and noodles are excellent , but no meat at all. This is too authentic for us, I’m sure it’s from a very poor region ofChina where meat is scarce, but here in America, they should cater to America, meat is abundant. We’re eating, enjoying thesoups and noodles, we switched back and forth so we could both have the tastes and laughing at the same time “where’s themeat”. No wonder these restaurants don’t stay in business long, or we haven’t paid enough attention on them. Anyhow,we’re hungry when we got out, the stomach is boiling with spicy oily soups. I think it would be great if we ordered a meatdish and eat with these soups. It’s nice to try what other people eat. Read more

Cash only if spending is <$30. Clean and spacious. Waiters were in their uniforms, and I could easily find my waiter when I... needed help. In terms of flavors, all the belt like noodles I tried were surprisingly great, tasted just like the hand made onesin Xi'an. They can be found in most noodle dishes, e.g. ??? ????Rouburger (???), another classic Xi'an food, was so so, and maylack some critical spices in its ingredients. ?? was so so too, the flavor was OK, but the texture was wrong, not chewy, toosoft, and too thick. ??? was very special and good. If one likes hot chili and garlic, it is a must-try. Read more

Pretty authentic overall. The chicken plate was huge! Very worth it. I think it would be better if it’s more spicy. Other... things we ordered tasted pretty good. There’s only one person serving the table and that was a bit slow. Read more
