I ordered online last night and it said the store was open until 10:00 and my order would be ready at 9:45. Then the girl... working tells me they actually close at 9:30 and they will not be making my order EVEN THOUGH they charged my card for $20 and Ihave the bank statements to prove it. I get a call from the manager the next day and he again tried to argue with me that theyclosed early that night (not my problem, fix it on your website) and that he DOESNT KNOW HOW to give me a refund. He told me tocontact Yogurtland directly, again, Not. My. Problem. As the customer I shouldn?t have to go through a giant haste just to getmy money back all because your website has incorrect information.
