Took 5 minutes for someone to even take our order, no other customers in dining room or drive thru. Nuggets and fries were... cold. I've never had chili at Wendy's that was as watery as this, definately had been watered down. They also forgot to giveus the drinks with the $5 biggie bag, and forgot the onions on the double stacks. The manager Jillian on duty was extremely friendly, attentive, personable, 5 ???? customer service and the other staff was... friendly as well. Clean restaurant, refreshment bar fully stocked and clean. Thank you Jillian as a trucker you can't alwaysfind restaurant with a friendly face helpful and accommodating and you surpass 5 ???? on a at home feeling. Jennifer and Curtis Read more
While food is fresh here the service is less than zero. I ordered sausage egg an cheese on biscuit, and asked if I could add to... order, an got a silent attitude, making me feel like an inconvenience, when I was handed order I asked is the bacon egg andcheese on croissant in there. Was told what ever I ordered is what I got . Went back to truck, got out of snow and opened myorder it was bacon and chicken I think. So went back in and said order is wrong he pushed no /1 I ordered no 3. I was told bythis man not to come back to this store. So I won't . THE 2ND ATTEMP IS WRONG AS WELL. Having spent 12yrs in the culinary field as a cook and chefs apprentice, I get how washed hands, a sanitation wrag, or even... gloves will still have people wondering about the clean handling of their food. So I try not to be that critical of other foodservice employees. The first thing I noticed was the seemingly homeless man making my sandwich. He was very dusty looking with along beard and scraggly hair. In his defense he wore gloves but no hair or beard net. None of the employees wore hair nets. Theybagged my items. i reluctantly I took my food as the one working the register mentioned she needed to see a doctor. she thenscatched an itch while the one returning from the washroom with some white substance on the seat of her black stretch pants,made her way back to the kitchen line singing a song. Always love Wendy's nuggets ever since I was a teenager so that's that's not no issues but I like my burgers made fresh I love... to see me but they got it so closed off now you can't really see nothing just a bunch of deep fryers so with that said theNuggets is always a go-to something quick nuggets and some fries and maybe a water or drink or something like that you know becareful though with these truck stops because they're iced tea sometimes the tea is bad and they use liquid sugar to sugar theirtea what I usually do is I usually get the unsweetened tea and use the regular cane sugar and it's not really cane sugar it'sbleach sugar they say it's not bleached but how does sugar get white sugar is not white when it comes from the field but anywaybe careful with that and those soda machines and stuff like that cuz you don't know if they clean them good or not they can lieand say they do but nonetheless even with unsweetened tea sometimes the tea is bad and it can turn your stomach really bad andyou'll be finding yourself making plenty of stops along the way Read more

Nowadays because of cell phones and technology a lot of fast food restaurants and retail in general has little to no customer... service. People don't look at you when they talk to you and when they do talk to you It's soft and quiet and unsociable. Thegentleman I interacted with Greeted me with a happy and loud hello. He was fast, proficient and polite. So was the other ladywho said goodbye to me. The fastest restaurant I've ever been too in my life that Burger combo meal came out by the time Ifilled up my drink. So less then 2mins maybe 1min. The burger was amzing. Fries on points. 5 stars for sure feels good tointeract with hard working genuine nice Americans. Keep it up Wendy's. Awesome staff Read more
Arrived and went inside to order and there was only 1 employee trying to get things done. He had to go to the back to get the... other employees to come help. Female taking the orders had an attitude. Was rude to the customer in front of me because shedidn?t understand what he said. Was not very friendly. Fries were cold along with my nuggets.
