Used drive through for our order. We got the wrong order and would have driven away if they had given us our water/drink. She... asked for our order back and after a few moments, we got the correct order and drink. No apologies just irritation withemployee. Food was not as hot as fries. Read more

Frappe machine is always down, the last 3 times I order a Blue slushy I pay, get to the second window and it's always on... "defrost" haven't been too pleased. Employees are kind, friendly and fantastic though. Read more
The morning shift is great! The afternoon shift just can?t get it together. Two vehicles in front of me and it took 22 minutes... to get to the window. Their attitudes were extremely negative towards the customer. Then they forgot my fries! Incompetentmanagement is all that can be blamed. Read more
This place is a joke, by far the WORST McDonald?s ive ever given my money too. My mcchicken was cold my cheese didn?t even melt,... I had to ask for a kid bendy straw for a chocolate milk and got attitude, didn?t take my order right in any way. For my kidshappy meal wrong and my shake flavor wrong and when I asked the guy at the window what she had down on the receipt he got allupset with me. Having to ask for 3 different things because they can?t take orders is sad. It would be different if they werebusy but I was the only car. It was dirty and the employees drop things and don't even clean it up. The food was ok but the whole store was gross and needs a... good deal clean. The numbers where dirty, the play place was dirty and the manager in the red shirt was rude!!!!!! I will not begoing back to that McDonald's. Read more
