Love the drinks. Prices are a bit steep but it's nice to go shopping after you buy a good one iced drink

See employees don't even greet anyone with a smile. They'll just stand there and stare at you. Two employees that I will Not... order from, ever. I'll skip my daily intake of venti latte or PINK DRINK. Which I'm charged different amounts each time. They can't get my order right, it's nothing special or different. I see a lot of disturbingly wrong way in which to handleregular paying customers. I understand the new upcharge. Cost goes up, I get it. They don't get tips, so paying extradoesn't bother me. But, if they tell me 6.50 or more, I'm walking away without a word. I refuse to be dismissed, ignored, andturned away. Without answering why, the $1.00 upcharge? *Edited* Again, this time, i was charged 7.00 +. It's due to them notknowing whether to up-charge for sweet cream foam or vanilla sweet cream. ???????. KISS-Keep IT Smple St*pid I'm not spending$6.00 and change for horrible service and to put the icing on the cake, never got my muffin.???? Friend doesn't get chargemore for specialty drinks. . She doesn't get any upcharge, in fact, awesome service and special treatment and told that ,she's good, no upcharge for specialty treatment there. ????. I'm not mad, at least they're nice. I see the potential offriendliness is there. Her money is better than mine?? I need to shell out $1.50 more, because it's not worth as much as her. Mine must be Canadian it Euro. $5.45? For same drink. Now normally, I wouldn't review. I have an issues I take directly tomanager. But, guess what, the manager, #culprit #1. t's I've given only feedback two other times. passive ones. Just a little upset. I stop often for a coffee. Today I stopped and while waiting for my drink I watched 5 people who ordered... after I did get their drinks before me. When the young lady finally did make mine she blended it and walked away and got moreice. The blender was long finished when she returned. After she filled the ice I asked her for my drink. She told me she wouldget it in a minute and went over and started talking to another employee making me wait. She finally finished my drink and slidit out to me. I expect better from them.
