If I could give it a zero I would. I ordered thru doordash. Fries were under cooked, everything was cold, no utensils or... napkins were provided, and to top it off, my cheesecake had a couple of hairs in it. I was super disappointed and was a wasteof money. Read more
When we arrived only half the place was available for seating. After a brief wait we were finally seated. I ordered one of their... limited time specials, the brew pub pizza. When it arrived (about 30 minutes later) it was Luke warm at best. Upon seeing mymeal, I realized it looked nothing like the picture on the menu. The amount of toppings was almost nonexistent! Taste was justso-so. I alerted the waitress just so that she was aware of my disappointment. I did not expect a discount or anything as I wasvery hungry, and ate it anyway. I was told she would let the kitchen know of the way it was prepared. When she returned she toldme, ?I also let the manager know, and she said that there was nothing they could do about it.? Again, I wasn?t looking to becompensated for it, but the manager?s response just didn?t sit well with me. In the future I believe that I will choose adifferent place for my wings! Waitress came over tonight, didn't introduce herself no biggie. I asked for a beer, she said they were out, I asked for another... beer, she said we're out with a lil attitude. I said water. This was our first time going to Buffalo Wild Wings and it will be our last. Our waitress was terrible, it took over 20 minutes... to get our drinks, we had to ask for water, she only checked on us one time. My food came out after 40 minutes and then afteranother 30 minutes my husband got his food. The wings were not good, I ordered spicy garlic and they were so salty I couldn'thardly eat them and there was no garlic flavor to them at all. My husband said his wings were dry. We asked for napkins and wewere given paper towels from the restroom. We finally got our check when our waitress seen me get up to go to the front to getour check. Then we sat there and got tired of waiting so went to the front counter to pay and was told that we couldn't paythere. So we went back to our table and waited another 15 minutes for her to come get our check. So if I could do a rating foreach thing Service would not even get one star Food one star Drinks three stars Overall experience is 1 star. We would NOTrecommend anyone going to eat here. Read more
If I would have ordered plain wings I would have been supremely satisfied. But alas I did order sauce on these wings. You want... me to eat these desert dry wings? Swallow gravel essentially and then pay you $22 on top of it?!? Outstanding business modelguys will be back offer ! Read more
Went with a friend at 6pm Thursday. Place was nearly empty. They were out of defrosted wings (they started telling people that... at the door and I saw families just turn around and leave.) Mistakes happen - although for a wing place that seems like aneasily avoided one. But the real problem was that I ordered pretzel knots and a side of celery & carrots and it took about 20minutes. No exaggeration. A side consisted of three baby carrots and two celery sticks, one of which was "rusty" so I asked fora new one. That took five minutes (again, literally two other tables, while three hostesses and two more servers were doing???)Everything took that long... Gave two stars only because my friend's sandwich was average. This experience was fourteen buckswith the tip for mine alone. Read more
I would say more often than not I am disappointed by Buffalo Wild Wings. The one time I've been here was awesome! Good portions... with a good amount of sauce on the wings. Read more
